Customer service is the worst

Customer service is the worst! They first ask for your S.S. to be said out loud! As an account verification! They then tranfer you to people who can't speak English! It's hard to understand. They asked for my phone number, which I did, clearly confirmed the phone number, then says, can't send a verification number. Then, I request through email, no, is not a form of verification (WHAT) to move forward, asked for my banking information! (NO WAY!) I asked for a Manager. Guess what? (NO MANAGERS WORKING ON WEEKENDS) WOW JUST WOW.
