We ordered a $2000 dresser from them. It took over a month to arrive and when it did three of the drawers didn’t open. So we rejected it and got a refund but. Other than an apology they did absolutely nothing to try to rectify the situation. It was basically “too bad so sad” I wouldn’t do business with them again.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY! STEER CLEAR! WE SPOKE ON THE PHONE WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER AND THEY RECOMMENDED A DIFFERENT OFFSET THAN WHAT I PURCHASED SO I TOOK THEIR WORD FOR IT AND NOW I'M SITTING ON OVER $4K WORTH OF WHEELS AND TIRES THAT DON'T FIT.

Original post on 1/7/25. I placed an order for some wheels with them on 12/12/24. They sent me an email saying the order was shipped on 12/13. The order never shipped, Fedex never got the package. Since then Extreme Customs has lied to me over and over saying "the order will ship on xx date" and it never does. They told me yesterday to wait another two weeks. I told them to cancel the order and refund me and they refuse.

(UPDATED) It took 1.5 months to receive my wheels. I was so sick of getting the runaround from EC that I almost reported the charge as fraud. EC's "customer service" is essentially non-existent. Nobody stepped into give me accurate info until I posted negative reviews all over the place. That's what it takes to get them to do anything. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I'D NEVER GIVE THEM A DIME AGAIN.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!...I'm usually pretty good about checking reviews before placing an order and I made a mistake not doing that for this company...Prior to placing my order the order screen showed a total of $33 and under the shipping there was just a slash mark. Then I placed the order and suddenly on the confirmation screen it added over $12 for shipping (for a few brass fittings). I have done plenty of online shopping, I'm not an idiot. This is incredibly shady business practice. Steer clear, there are other similar sites that have great reviews.

STEER CLEAR!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!! order from a reputable site! BB’s website and sales rep Nate said the wheels would fit. They do not fit and when I called BB an incredibly rude “customer service” person named Sandra immediately told me this is not their problem and that I could buy spacers from them. I emailed her proof of my convo with Nate and she didn’t care. She couldn’t even be bothered to spell my name right. This company could care less about selling you the correct product. Save yourself the hassle. Order from someone else!

American home shield is essentially a fraud. They did their absolute best to pay as a little as possible for my repairs. They made me go with a contractor who is absolutely awful and clearly in cahoots with them. I’m really bummed I had their plan for 3 years before having to use it. Canceled my plan would never do business with them again.

We bought a parking pass online and when we were leaving the machine would not scan the code. They had to get someone to manually enter it and we ended up holding up the line which was embarrassing. Other than that a fine experience.
