mis-described, no way to activate windows, still logged in as IT
Mis-described processor for the unit in listing, corrected it after ordering, but got it wrong again, but I accepted delivery despite misgivings. Email received saying it contains instructions of activating windows which needs to be read. But actually no instructions in the email, or attached to or linked from it, so actually completely useless. Unit, when arrived, is logged in to user 'IT' and I cannot change user. Also the Start button will not work - I can only reboot by right clicking it. But still cannot change user. All in all a useless bit of kit with useless support so far.
Edited to add following ITZoo's reply - thanks for suggesting your support can help sort this out. Actually all they've done, in the few minutes since your offer, is tell me they're arranging a return and refund. That's not sorting it out! Sorting it out is making it work!

This is the 2nd device Ive ordered from Itzoo now that I am working for myself, I ordered a MS Surface Pro 6 'B' Grade condition.
Prior to ordering I emailed to clarify a few points on what was included, Joan was quick to reply and gave clear responses to help give confidence in my purchasing decisioning.
Item came within 2 days via UPS delivery, well packaged as my last laptop was before, powered up straight out of the box and set up was simple, condition was good, some bits of debris (fluff) here and there but simple to clean, screen and included keyboard cover was in great condition as was the battery life.
Overall, the whole service was spot on very happy with my purchase, Thank you again Itzoo, im certain ill be back again when I need new equipment again

Lenovo ThinkPad T490
B Grade - which is anybody else's A grade. Not a mark. Well packed with overnight delivery. What more do you expect for £204?
Delivered with Win10 but I was immediately offered Win 11 upgrade which was painless and is now running just fine.
This is our 4th or 5th ThinkPad. Every one at or exceeded expectations. Wouldn't go amywhere else if they have availability and good price.
