I had a Bosch lawnmower for 4 years and the motor burnt out upon contacting Bosch they were good enough to offer me a voucher for 30% off which i thought was a good gesture
However upon ordering a Universal Rotak 550 my trouble began
It was delivered damaged and had to be returned but they couldn't just exchange it for another this was a lengthy process due to various reason and several phone calls to the customer services
i had to wait for 2 weeks before being refunded the money and that was with chasing them up
I sent in a letter of complaint heard nothing chased it up with a phone call still nothing
Not heard since so given up and writing this r
I have several Bosch appliances Dishwasher washing machine and blender and always been impressed with quality This experience has shown me though that they do not care about you as a consumer of their products should something go wrong and for that reason will be giving them a miss on future products

A very comfy vehicle
Couldn't fault any of the service although I would probably choose a different lodge to the Masai Mara soap lodge as it's a bit of a distance to the better parts of the Masai and not quite such good a location as the previous lodges
