Best refurbished computer site I've…

Best refurbished computer site I've ever used, Every laptop and PC I've bought from this site over the years has lasted years and has been in perfect condition. Would always recommend this site to friends. Shame it doesn't seem to have as much stock these days. But still, quality and their prices are brilliant.

Theft and disgraceful customer service

Theft and awful customer service. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my new phone to be delivered. Yodel have failed to deliver it and have just consistantly lied in the whole process. With their tracking system I was able to locate to the point of delivery and then there was no scan after that. Now that means the last person to have my new phone/Parcel was the delivery driver. After a week of chasing Yodel for an answer for my Parcel they have told me they have done a depot search and cant find my phone. Which means the resposibility falls back on to the driver. Who has either lost a parcel of a reasonable size in their van or it has accidentally slipped in to their pocket. Now I have to get in contact with the company I bought my phone from to get my money back. Yodel's disgraceful customer service is the worst. Their online webchat is out sourced to a company called Gnatta who work as online customer service for a number of different companies. Their automated phone system is useless and doesnt help you if you have a problem. Please avoid this disgraceful parcel company and use a more repultable one.

The worst delivery service

The worst delivery service. Absolutely Awful and disgraceful and basically thieves. I have emailed I have webchatted I have phoned and not once have I got a reply that indicates where my parcel/ new Phone is. They have has my parcel well over 10 days now and they havent even attempted to trace it they are the worst delivery service in the country. I know I will know doubt get a reply from them on here saying email us and we will sort the problem out. But they won't even attempt to reply to the email you send them. They have a number of fake reviews on here if you look around all saying the same thing.

Fake reviews and lies

Fake reviews and lies. I gave the wrong rating last time it should of been one. This company has had my Parcel for the last 7 days and failed to deliver even though they promised too on more than one occasion. With me staying indoors waiting for them to turn up. I have had 3 to 4 webchats and sent them Emails. Not once have they emailed me or been able to tell me where my parcel is. Also the amount of fake reviews posted on this site. trustpilot need to investigate Yodel. The 5 star reviews are extremely suspiscious.

Because they use Yodel as a delivery…

Because they use Yodel as a delivery service they get 2 stars. As it has been near impossible to trace my parcel and I have spent 2 days indoors and hours online chasing Yodel to find where my parcel has dissapeared too. Eglobal uk would have a far better star rating if they chose a better courier service.

Lies and not a trace of my parcel that…

Lies and not a trace of my parcel that was meant to be delivered. Whilst spending 2 days indoors waiting for a parcel to come I used Yodels websites webchat to enquire about my delivery. Only to be told it will be delivered you can trace your item online. Well I had been and no update had happened even though the item was meant to be delivered. They then said it was at the depot but will be delivered that day. I pointed out that the depot was closed and also well over 40 miles away and how did they expect to deliver it today. I then got silence and no reply. I left the webchat open for another hour and still no reply. I have also had previous experience with Yodel as well when they lost my parcel.

Ordered a Kayak from Decathlon 2 weeks…

Ordered a Kayak from Decathlon 2 weeks ago it says 3 to 5 days delivery on their site. I had an estimated delivery date which I decided to cut my family holiday short to be home for the large delivery. When the day came we had stayed at home all morning only to get a message that our delivery is now delayed. It is now 2 days after the estimated delivery date and I haven't a clue what is going on with my £700 Kayak. I have messaged them but all they have offered is a £20 gift card which going by this experience I very much doubt I will ever use, I understand if it's a £20 order you might get this communication maybe but when its £700 I expect to be informed the where abouts of my order.
