Quick process. Great product.

So glad to have found this company. From initial queries to visiting my local shop in York and to ordering online, my experience has been brilliant.
Quick, honest, expert, no pressure advice by e-mail and in store from people who use the products themselves.
I have bought with confidence online and was amazed with the speed of dispatch and delivery.
First impressions of the products, RoadFly Max and 4L Racepac, are great. Fit and quality are spot on. I normally go for a stability shoe but am confident the max version will be suitable from first impressions. After experiencing a few dissapointments from the bigger brands, I'm glad to be supporting a brand based locally in the UK.

I love the Boomerang Insoles but I wish they were available in wide sizes, not just medium. The wide is always sold out.

I received great, friendly advice and service in the shop in York. I then ordered online, as my size was not available, and the shoes came super quickly!

Very helpful and very prompt with delivery

I found the new shoe uncomfortable - too much padding and it feels like you’re being projected forwards because of the heel. I felt sad because the fits have always been amazing in the past

We initially visited the store in York (quite a long way from our home) to take a look at this brand as it was new to us.
The staff in this store were extremely helpful and friendly. Great store layout with lots of walking and running clothing and footwear.
My husband and I both tried on lots of styles but left without making a purchase as they are quite expensive and wanted to have a think about it before making a purchase. We went off walking along the river and didn’t make it back in time to purchase in store before they closed.
We ended up ordering online after deciding to both make a purchase.
We also managed to obtain some discounts at Inov8 online and the boots arrived the next day.
We are both really impressed with this new brand to us, we have always had Salomon Quest 4GTX a more traditional style boot. My boots are slightly more modern (Rocfly G90 GTX) with a funky sole and comfy from the first wear. My husband went for Roclite Pro. We are loving them so far, only had them two weeks. We could be converts to this innovative brand.

My wife and I popped in after seeing the York store during a recent holiday. The 2 guys that were working couldn't have been any more helpful and friendly. We must have chatted for around 40 minutes about our running experiences and preferences. The experience was so good, we returned just before closing to purchase a men's gilet just before closing (Weds 11th Sept). Typically, the British weather has improved so I have not had the chance to use the gilet for its intended purpose! Based on this experience alone, I will keep Inov8 in mind when looking for future running gear!

Brilliant company with some fabulous products. I’ve bought two pairs of Inov8 trail runners now and the first pair which were Trailfly I walked 200 miles over two weeks without a single blister, they were so comfy straight out of the box and have great traction, the soles also looked like new after 200 miles. The staff in the York shop were really helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Inov8!!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good product knowledge. Will definitely visit the shop again to purchase more items. I wish more shops were as good as this shop!!! Also helped me order online- which came the next day.

Quick delivery, reasonable price and good quality product. I have worn vest once for a 10 mile run and was able to use my Camelbak 3L reservoir and it was a perfect fit. I am very happy with my purchase.
