I was leary about buying a cover online, but decided to ask for a quote just in case the price was excellent. It WAS. Then I went through the measurements, had conversations about radii, strap placement and "hinge area" with Mike. He was quick to reply and/or fix anything I had concerns about, then sent me a CAD showing what I was getting . Cover showed up within 2 weeks of placing the order and it was perfect!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! *****

I was a bit afraid to order a hot tub cover on line, worried I might have mismeasured, unsure of the quality. Plus I needed it by a certain date because I was putting my house on the market. The contact for the company said they couldn’t promise delivery by my date which was understandable because I ordered it late. And he offered to cancel my order if I wanted because they couldn’t guarantee the arrival date. BUT it arrived a day before I requested and it fit perfectly and looks great! I highly recommend Hot Tub Cover Spot! They have great communication and produce quality products. If you are hesitating to order, don’t! It’s a great company.

I worked with Mike Smith (customer support) in ordering my new hot tub cover. Mike was very thorough insuring that I had all of the correct dimensions for the cover. It was ready to ship within a week and shipping only took about 2 weeks. It arrived in great shape - no shipping damage. I installed the new cover today. It fit perfectly with my old lifting device. Installation was simple. It looks great and fits perfectly! Great service, free shipping, and a great looking product!

As good as the OEM one it replaces. Actually better because the tapered top will definitely improve life as rain will now drain off rather than standing. This was the only site that had sufficient options to 'cover' all out needs: shape, size, insulation thickness, latches, color, etc. Replaces a Marquis branded cover.

We bought a cover for our 2016 Cal Spas. Chose foam upgrades in hopes that it would last longer. We're in LA, and delivery was smooth, they dropped it right by the garage, no issues. The vinyl looks sharp and feels like a solid upgrade from our old vinyl cover. It’s lightweight, well-made, and fits nice. For what we need this cover is spot-on. Definitely happy with the purchase!

Had to replace and old custom cover. Found this company online and the website walked me through step by step from colors and materials to how to measure. Very simple. I had a few questions and they were very quick to respond to my emails. Just received the cover last night and it is exactly as I ordered and the quality is better than I was expecting. Looking forward to it lasting me for many years. Customer service was elite.

The cover was a custom size and they nailed it. Well made and sturdy. Mike kept me up up date on the progress. Delivery guy brought it up to the house. Great guy, professional.

I love the spa cover they made. It’s well crafted and fit properly. The truck driver who delivered the box was hard to communicate with, gave me hard time, but I understand this is not their fault. Overall, good experience, I would recommend them

Company shipped a cover with the straps several inches too short and refused to send a replacement cover. Also this company is not Better Business Bureau or "BBB" accredited! After threatening litigation, the company refunded my purchase

Cover started to get water logged within the first year. Their warranty is sketchy as you have to pay to ship the cover to them, and then they can deny your claim all while my outdoor tub has no cover. It's so waterlogged now on one side I cannot lift that side. Very unhappy with this purchase of 400 dollars.

This company does not stand behind there products the lid came in poorly made and seams mismatched I later found out they don't even make them they hand it off to different people around the country and claim they are not reposible.
Poorly run company my guess its just a guy in his basement running it and
ripping people off. Steer clear

Have not received the cover yet so can't comment yet on quality, disappointing part is time from order to delivery, 15 days so far and counting, shipping estimate 15 days, even after paying an additional $200 for shipping! If I'd known it was going to take this long would have gone elsewhere. Won't buy from again

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my cover. We live a few miles away from their factory, so I said we'd pick it up. They charge a $75 "pickup fee." What a crock of BS! I asked why—they don't even have to box it up, just have the guy bring it to the door. They reason that it takes the guy away from his other work. Can you believe it?
