Had our solar installed a little over 2 years ago now, built for our needs, 8 panels with battery, design team called a few times to discuss options rather than just email, no problems to date. Certainly saved us a lot on our electricity bills, last month was £5, month before £5 in credit after export payback. Happy to recommend Harvest. With this sort of investment you really need a reliable local company just in case a problem arises. I think in the 2 years I’ve called maybe twice with a question only, they are alway happy to assist. Install team were great, particular thanks to the electrician who was happy to explain everything as he went along.

Our installation must have been one of the first, done back in August 2014 and we haven't had a problem since the day it was installed. We had a heat pump and solar panels installed together and have been totally satisfied.

I contacted Jonathan Coyle today, nearly 11 years later to ask if he had a copy of our MCS Certificate and within 5 minutes it was in my inbox. Amazing aftercare service.

Prompt and efficient. They did what they said they would when they said they would. Only minus is that didn't discuss the option of working off-grid until it was too late.

A great company to work with and couldn't be happier with the process from initial enquiry to completed installation of my solar system. Steve dealt very professionally with my initial contact through outline pricing, survey to contract. Michelle's communication throughout kept me fully informed of what to expect when and provided all the post installation documentation in a very timely manner. The installation was excellent with scaffolding all provided and erected to meet with holiday park permissions and with Richard and his colleague somehow completing the roof work despite the windy conditions on the day. The electrician team (Craig and another Richard) then finished all the electrical work inside to a high standard and with minimal disruption including overcoming a couple of unexpected issues (which made it a 2 day job) and all without any additional costs to me. Finally as I write this 6 weeks after the event I am pleased to report that the solar combined with MyEddi is already making a better than expected impact on my electricity bills. Overall I really could not recommend this company highly enough.

Very happy with the install and the service received. Without exception from the initial contact, the staff in the office, solar panel installers, electrician and ASHP installer were all friendly, helpful and willing to answer my many questions. I really felt that they were invested in giving me the best possible system. I'm especially grateful that they fitted my install in ahead of time so I had heating sooner than expected. Highly recommend.

ASHP installation. Energy survey and installation done by Harvest. Very good service - the energy survey was thorough and an appropriate sized unit was recommended. Workmanship from installer and electrician was of an excellent standard. ASHP working well and very pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend using Harvest and would use them again for any further work.

This was done a year ago now and have been very pleased with the result - have had the one year service today and again the communication and service is excellent.

And at every subsequent stage of the project, personal contact with individual members of the team – together with their obvious expertise and ‘can do’ approach – reassured us of this view.

Patient, professional and accommodating, they listened to our ideas and devised innovative, practical plans to meet our needs and the particular challenges of our roof!

Every technical aspect of the project to install 17 solar panels, an inverter and state-of-the-art batteries was explained carefully to us and there was welcome transparency regarding the final cost.

No corners were cut and we are particularly impressed with the strength and quality of the materials used and the meticulous attention to detail from start to finish. The aftercare service and warranties offered are impressive too.

We discovered Harvest Cornwall by word-of-mouth recommendation. This local, Cornish company has no need to engage in glitzy promotion and marketing because the quality of its work speaks for itself.

Great install back in 2017 of Solar Panels by Jonathon's team.
Ran trouble free for a number of years until 1 panel optimiser failed recently. After consultation with Jonathon the optimiser was replaced by the team who were polite and efficient when onsite and all panels back working correctly the same day. Brilliant !....would highly recommend.

Really friendly informative and the team of installers were also really switched on an explained everything they were doing.

We are very happy with our recent Solar PV plus Battery install by Harvest Cornwall. They are a lovely company to deal with and the quality of the workmanship is top notch.

Wanting to maximise the savings from the new system, they applied to National Grid for a higher export limit for us, which we got. This means that we can use or export all the power that we generate, whereas some other companies will only offer the standard 3.68kW limit. This is a definite bonus!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and will use them again for any future requirements.

We have been very happy with Harvest’s installation of our solar PV system, including solar panels, a battery and Eddi immmersion heater.

The sales and admin staff, Steve and Michelle, were knowledgeable and efficient. The installation process was very straightforward and efficient. All the people who’ve come to us have come when expected , and been pleasant, conscientious and professional. The project was well thought through, matching our needs and the best places for locating equipment in the house. The result is a discreet, tidy job. I was particularly appreciative of the electricians who came across some problems which they dealt with very professionally. The roof works were done with care and the wiring and trucking neat and tidy. I appreciate care taken to resolve wifi problem and to talk me through installation and functioning of the system and apps. Since installation, during the last two weeks in August, it’s all been working well and we have scarcely used any grid electricity.

Harvest Cornwall were very helpful in advising on the installation. We were kept informed of timing for installation all the way along, and solar panels were installed on the dates promised. The electrician was on site at the same time to install batteries and connect the system up to the mains. They have really been extremely good with communication and ensuring system is working fine after installation. we have no hesitation in recommending them for future works.

Initially contacted Harvest to explore ASHP. Ended up not going ASHP for a variety of reasons (I still want ASHP at some point), but I got Harvest to put in Solar panels and battery. Various options to choose, and good advice and technical help available from Harvest to help make those decisions. Installation dates were pretty quick. Various visits are needed - Scaffolding -> Panel Install -> Inverter + battery install -> commissioning. Harvest kept me well informed about progress along the way. Installation is really neat. All the techs/electricians were very helpful and had many tips to pass on. System worked well from the off. It seems a good system, specified correctly for our property and energy demand. It's very nice to get negative electricity bills (although obvs it is height of summer right now!). I had quotes from other local companies as well, but think I made the right choice going with Harvest. I would recommend Harvest (and would recommend everyone getting a home battery and solar if you can afford it).

Harvest Cornwall were recommended to us as they had done installations in our road with high marks in all areas. We had ASHP, Solar Panels, Inverter, Battery and a Car Charger. Everything was sized and specified accurately and the work completed to the agreed schedule. The installation teams for each set of components were fantastic. Quick, friendly, polite and helpful. They answered all my endless questions with diligence and patience. Perfect customer service. Well done and thank you Harvest.

We contacted Harvest because we wanted both Solar Panels and an Air Source heat pump at our cottage in Goonhavern. We were initially sceptical of air source because we have radiators and solid granite walls. Harvest assured us that the heat pump specified would cope with the coldest times of the year in our old cottage. After our first Winter we are very happy with our heating system, the running costs have dropped dramatically and the house is very comfortable. Our solar further saves our electricity costs. Harvest took care of the government grant paperwork and we would highly recommend this local company.

Harvest Cornwall installed my solar system. They gave me comprehensive advice and the installation was very professional and tidy. Everything is working well and I am saving on my electricity! All staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Harvest have fitted two heat pumps for me over the past 7 years, one in each of my properties and I can’t fault their service. Both heating systems work very well and cost a fraction of the running costs we were paying before, that was also due to upgrading the insulation of the building as recommended. The team were professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get renewables installed in Cornwall.

Harvest Cornwall made the install of our Air source heat pump system in our Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom property a breeze. We had spoken to various installers, some of whom had said that our property was not suitable to be heated by an ASHP(we installed radiators rather than an underfloor system). Harvest held our hand through every step, from the initial site survey, (where they believed an ASHP would be appropriate) to the final install. We, and the property love the outcome, we have hot water and a very warm building, no more damp walls. And the cost of running the system is 60% down on our payments on the top of the range German electric heaters that were fitted prior to the ASHP. Perfect!
