2 year Install update

Had our solar installed a little over 2 years ago now, built for our needs, 8 panels with battery, design team called a few times to discuss options rather than just email, no problems to date. Certainly saved us a lot on our electricity bills, last month was £5, month before £5 in credit after export payback. Happy to recommend Harvest. With this sort of investment you really need a reliable local company just in case a problem arises. I think in the 2 years I’ve called maybe twice with a question only, they are alway happy to assist. Install team were great, particular thanks to the electrician who was happy to explain everything as he went along.

24 hours plus!

Car wouldn’t start this morning 09:30, logged on App, arrival time kept changing then got a text to say wouldn’t be here until tomorrow! Had to call the RAC last year and the mechanic couldn’t find us having used “my location” on the App. Time for a change.

Cancelled my membership at 4pm and gone with GreenFlag. 19:15, call from patrol to say they were on way! Hopeless.

Credit balance stolen!

Wanted a spare PAYG, this worked for a while, even overseas recently, went to use the phone yesterday, credit had all gone, data switched off, no usages since 29/2, £10 credit disappeared! Customer service useless, unreliable, about to port out to another provider as need to keep the number active. Appears to have transferred to NOW telecom as the old CS number is no longer active.

Been with octopus a few years now, reasonable tariffs, just changed to a cheaper 12 month fixed term although an early exit fee, can’t see energy prices falling anyway in the next 12 month's.

Terrible customer service

Not purchased from JL for a number of years, certainly not since my home insurance was overpriced at renewal last September. Decided to buy a new phone on the back of the offer “APPLENEXTDAY”. Entered the code, checked, double checked, ordered. Next I see is 2 to 5 days delivery, call to customer services, appalling response, can’t do anything about now, asked for escalation and a call back, nothing, still waiting for the phone after 4 days, useless company. I expect there will be a reply to this, “ thank you for your feedback back, will pass this to the relevant team”. There, no need to bother now. Will continue to look elsewhere for products from now on. No wonder JL has been struggling lately.

Cancelled Home Insurance - Overpriced

Had my home insurance renewal today, increase on last year of £120, way off the mark with comparison sites, called to query, operative basically said that's the price, only offer was to reduce cover so I've cancelled & gone for better cover elsewhere, system generated email within 60 seconds confirming policy cancellation, clearly JL no longer interested in home insurance or keeping a customer after almost 10 years. Very poor, no claims either in all this time.

Don't go near the insurance

Don't go near the insurance! I had a quote which so say included membership, I followed this up 2 weeks later as no paperwork arrived, appears I had numerous links for insurance and the one I clicked to buy cover, although from the same originator didn't include the offer. Numerous phone calls, operative did admit this has happened to other customers, less than helpful & did not want to honour the offer. When my policy has ended will never return to this organisation again or give any sort of recommendation, a customer lost for ever, no response required.

Have one of these monitors already, perfect for WFH tasks so purchased a 2nd to replace my old dell which I ran side by side. Dispatched quickly, would have arrived on time had it not been for Royal Mail strike, not urgent so didn’t matter.
