When I asked how they had my number I was told it was from a data centre.

When I asked her to identify the data centre and data controller she consistently ignored me.

The "job" she kept trying to pitch to me and have me speak to someone about was quire obviously not real. Nobody is paying £1000 a week for a data optimization job that is "non-technical"

This very much looks like a company breaching GDPR regulations, and cold contacting people unsolicited.

Avoid them.

As with previous issues reported. These people are scammers. Started chasing me for money on behalf of 'capquest' I Informed them I did not owe anyone money. They sent multiple emails from an email called 'Alison Walker' but signed by numerous people pressuring me to log into their portal to pay this debt. I made a subject access request for all information they hold, where they obtained it and how they use it. Was then told it related to a debt from 2004 that they could not prove as capquest do not keep records past 6 years so they would close the case. Reminded them again that they had not complied with my full subject access request and they have now blocked my email. I will be complaining to them from a new email, complaining about them to the Information commissioners office and referring all emails to the relevant fraud and financial services regulators. This is a disgusting company, preying on people during a cost of living crisis. Do not pay them unless they can prove you have a debt they are trying to collect.

First time using Evri. Booked a parcel to be collected today. Received a message to say the courier was unable to access the property? I live in a house. There is no restriction to access. No option on the website to email or chase this up just automated chat bot. Now I'm receiving emails asking me to review the service that wasn't carried out? Zero stars, would not recommend, I still have the parcel I paid Evri to collect and have received no update from customer service after going through chat bot.

I dread getting a notification that I have a parcel being delivered with yodel. Todays genious threw a clothing delivery over my back garden gate. My dog has had great fun chewing through the bag and having a nap on it.
