Could have been smoother, but house is warm now
Choosing a product that suited my needs my easy enough.
We run into some issues in due process, I felt a slight lack of transparency from certain members of customer service and had to be very persistent to get any progress and some real answers.
Of the first team of engineers who came to the property, one was extremely rude, talking down at me, slamming doors and being generally rather unpleasant - whilst his colleague was looking rather embarrassed.
After that terrible start and that team leaving my property (thankfully!) we then had another engineer sent to do the installation (albeit 5 days later). When this guy came I did not know what to expect and was prepared for the worse… but he was AWESOME! Great manners, respected my property, respected me, and even made friend with my cats and dogs.
So in the end it was great. But the in between was “less then”.
If I were the director of this company, I would not be using those subcontractors at all - they’ll give the company a terrible name.
