I like many things about GBFCU:
1) the fact that with a click of a button at their drive through, you can have a live teller.
2) I like to have the choice of whether my cash back is 5s or 20s. I love the 5.00 , 10.00 option
3) and...there is now a brand new branch in Lemmon Valley! Conveniently located on Buck Dr!

GBCU team in Sparks , NV are top notch!!

By far the most professional and courteous banking establishment I’ve ever been inside of !!!.. the employees have been amazing and the loan officers were very friendly as well!!.. I can’t say enough about how happy I am to have switched majority of my personal business finances over to GBCU accounts as of February 2025 !! Wish I would have done it decades ago !!.. thank you!

Eneida Parra was the worst

Eneida Parra was the worst, 3rd visit to get things straightened out… she stood at counter and said that we didnt understand banking, and told us to return in 1 hour to talk to someone, that someone was her, she then wanted us to fill out paperwork and we would have to wait another hour … we got mad and left …. It was their mistake AND INSTEAD OF SAYING SO OR EVEN CALLING SHE SENT … email… showing corrections of where they took $ out of savings to pay car payment
It’s ok to make mistakes BUT not to own up to it after telling us we don’t understand is Wrong 😑 Roy and Cindy Callahan

The entire process of transition from…

The entire process of transition from the Reno City Employees Credit Union (RCEFCU) has been easy to navigate. All employees have been outstanding to work with.
Additionally, I am currently working abroad. Staff at the Sparks branch were able to solve a unique situation for me in an effort to make funds secure during my work abroad.
Lastly, my only criticism of GBFCU is the on again / off again availability of the bill pay system. Sometimes it works well, most of the time it does not. Perhaps that is because I am logging in from abroad, but it is problematic.
