Thanks for your review and order our 360 Photo Booth. We have most of the products in stock and can ship out to you quickly. Thanks for liking this.

The DSLR holder is the one with a small screw on the top, packed in a small black bag.

The product is almost ready when you receive it. You just need to screw on the pole and the camera holders will be ok. Please, check the installation video on each product page on our official website for the setup.

The ring light has a screw hole to hold the camera holder, then screw your camera on.

The money gun money is in the other pack, plz, check it again. Sorry for not including the battery, since batteries belong to dangerous goods, and must be shipped separately.

Any yes, we include some extra screws in case you may lose some while using.

BTW, our salesperson will contact you to help you out if any extra needs.

We provide person-to-person and life-long service. Rebecca was in charge of your order and kept you updated until you received the goods. You can also feel free to let her know whenever you have any other needs in the future.

You can also easily find us on Google, Facebook, ins, etc as a famous brand.

with us.

GO360BOOTH.COM is an international company. We have warehouses in the
USA(CA, NJ, TX, LA), Europe(Poland and Spain), and Shenzhen, China. And
the factory in Shenzhen China. The price you see on our website is
include shipping to your address in the United States no matter which
warehouses it is shipped from or shipped from our factory to you
directly.

And, yes, we provide free logo design. And is ok to provide you with a
free printed logo if you are ok to wait for some extra time.
Since:
1. Our finished product stocks only standard products. The customized
goods must be shipped from our factory to you.
2. It takes time for us to design your own logo after you place the
order.
3. It takes time for us to print the logo out, and stick it on the
platform.
4. After that, we will need time to retest the machine with no problem
before packing it up again.

The one you ordered is out of stock in our USA warehouse when you
ordered. And you told us that you are in urgent need, and do not have
extra time to wait for the logo. So we shipped it from our factory
warehouse to you directly. And confirmed it with you on the phone.

If you still need us to ship a customized logo separately, you can order
one logo separately from our website.
