Sorry for the goods coming late to you. The one you ordered is a small package lower than 1kg, so it is shipped by USPS, which is slower. For bigger packages, we usually choose DHL for the shipping, which will be quicker.

Thanks for your review, sorry that you feel bad. We have a little update on the product to make it better than the installation video. However the installation was almost the same, so we did not update the installation video.

And, yes, we include a free round fill light, but that ring light needs a power bank to charge it. We did not provide the power bank since it is a battery and dangerous goods, that must be shipped separately.

Every product is after 6 processes of Quality control to make sure high quality.
