The design and number of pieces of the photo booth we received was not the same as the 2 minute long, sped-up "instructional video" of the one they posted, leaving us at a loss of what to do. No written instructions for a complex assembly. No battery pack to make the circular light work. No mechanical instructions. The booth is "wobbly" and low quality. Response time from company is 2 days with questions half-answered. Do not buy this product from this company!

Thanks for your review, sorry that you feel bad. We have a little update on the product to make it better than the installation video. However the installation was almost the same, so we did not update the installation video.
And, yes, we include a free round fill light, but that ring light needs a power bank to charge it. We did not provide the power bank since it is a battery and dangerous goods, that must be shipped separately.
Every product is after 6 processes of Quality control to make sure high quality.
1. Raw Materials Supply Inspection
Each part will be fully viewed and checked, we won’t use them if there are any scratches or flaws to ensure sure best quality
2. Production Management System
All new workers have to receive strict training for two weeks and only qualified members can be our formal employees. Both workers and production leaders have to bear responsibilities if there’s any product issue.
3. QC System
8 members of the QC team are very important to the group in our factory, all of them have at least 3 years of working experience and know very well every production process. We’re proud of their great professional attitude to control quality and ensure all products are great when customers get them.
4. Packaging System
Considering delivery safe and space-saving, we customize inside and outside strong cartons to make it.
5. Last Inspection Before Shipping System
QC teams double-check whether product specs are completely the same as order content.
6. Stock System
We have enough stocks in our USA warehouse and can ship out to you within 24 hours
And, what's more, we provide lifelong, person-to-person service. Phone calls and video calls are all available. Our salesperson Miya contacted you right after you placed the order and kept you updated until you received the goods. But we are an international company, there is a time difference, sorry for not being able to get back to you quickly in our midnight time. But plz, do not worry, we will always get back to you within 24 hours.
