Ordered for the first time and 2 of my items that were paid for did not arrive. sent 2 emails and 2nd was answered after a week - told me they would send a form that needed to be signed! still waiting! I will not order from this site again

Happy with my new shoes

Shoes delivered as expected and they were perfect.
Only negative was the box they came in was quite beaten up and broken.
Was only a pair of shoes inside so nothing too much to worry about.

Best Customer service

I ordered a Levis Tshirt for my son's 21st Birthday. I got notifucation that it would arrive a few days before it. It never arrived. I realised that the problem was with the courier firm. The inital courier company was fine but the connecting one appeared to be the problem. I read reviews which confirmed that other people appeared to be the problems with this courier.
I contacted the staff in Get The Label by email and made them aware that there seem to be a problem this end and with my package being delivered. I felt it was important for them to know as their business relies on the product being delivered.
The package was returned to them. They went to the trouble of contacting me to confirm my address and re-sent it by a different courier company and I had it within 24 hours.
I was really impressed with how they dealt with the situation. They could easily just refunded me the money but they took the time to sort out the problem without any delays.
I would highly recommend them after this customer service. My son was delighted with the product as well. Thanks to Emily, James and Szidonia. I will be buying from this website again

Dreadful delivery service.

I cannot review my items purchased as they still have not been delivered. The delivery company you use hasn’t even tried to deliver the package or even contact me to query the address. I dont have a house number, my house has been here since before house numbers were used. But I supplied the eircode and contact number. So there should be no issues. Every other delivery company can locate me. Just GLS have a problem, and we end up having to collect it every time. They are useless so I dont know why you use them. They are not currently answering their phones. I have emailed them but I dont know if they are answering them. So I may just have to apply for a refund. Only time will tell.
