My daughter ordered me a handbag for my birthday which has never arrived we have emailed several times asking for either a replacement or refund only to be told they are still waiting for a response from their courier. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. This is totally unacceptable!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! I’m so very disappointed!!!
