Very pleased with my purchase

We ordered two ottomans from the site, one small beige and one large grey. Both arrived very promptly! They were in great condition, and very easy to assemble. We quickly realised that the beige one was a little smaller than we'd wanted, so I emailed to arrange a return. The reason I haven't given the full 5 stars, is because the response was very slow.... and there was no other way to contact them to arrange a return, other than by email. In the time in took them to respond, we noticed they had gone into Black Friday sales, so decided to just order another larger beige ottoman anyway, and keep the smaller one as well! We really were impressed with the quality for the amount we paid. I would order from them again, but do just hope they can sort out their customer service response time :)

Saved me over £100!

I saw an armchair on another site that I fell in love with and decided to shop around. Thankfully I did! Furnituretrip saved me over £100 on the same product and I was absolutely delighted. They were very responsive by email when I contacted them and delivery was incredibly fast. Thanks so much guys!

A VERY DISHONEST COMPANY DO NOT GO NEAR THEM

I believe you to be affiliated with lifelook.co.uk same address and you have a number of websites and Facebook pages under different names
So this is my experience dealing with you .
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY !!
DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PROFESSIONAL LOOKING WEBSITE !!
THEY ARE A ROGUE OUTFIT !!
I ordered a Chenille super buttoned accent chair , The first thing you notice is its incredibly hard not a seat you want to take a nap as they suggest there is no comfort in this chair at all not fit for purposes as I really can’t sit in it for more then 5 mins before you feel very uncomfortable not as described !!
and then the workmanship is very shoddy the staples are visible on the outside of the fabric this is not a cheap chair for £329 I would expect a professional finish at that price .
But worst of all if you complain to them you will realise how unprofessional they are . You will receive very brief messages, 1 a day if your lucky by someone who gives no name
Example
: Hi, It's pity it can't satisfy you,and we would like to refund 10 pounds as compensation,can you accept?

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL it’s like talking to a robot !! I’m not sure if I’m dealing with someone in the U.K. or Hong Kong as your payment is processed there .
We have had back and forth messages of this nature for a week now the messages are there to exasperated you into excepting , i am left with them saying that if I want the item returned I have to pay £78 for the return cost, and they have made no comment on my complaint , I’ve also questioned the £78 return cost and they do not explain , whatever you ask them they do not answer...ITS SHOCKING !!
there are no such costs stated on their website they also want you to cough up the 78quid upfront ,
or except £50 and 20 pounds voucher! This is a quality issue and the cost of return is on them !
as stated on their website , they will not except this ! actually they practically ignore this
I do not know what their 30 day free return policy means as stated on their website I think it’s there for show and to mislead you .
I have absolutely no trust in this company!
and very much doubt that I would receive their offer of £50 even if I wanted to which I don’t !!
We are going round in circles and they have not discussed the pictures I have sent them, they are really impossible to deal with and it’s becoming very destressing, I want to return the item that’s it !!
after dealings with them the last thing you want to do is hand over more money and secondly they are ignoring there own return policy . They will do what ever they can to not refund or for you to return the item , this is not a professional company as the website might suggest and they do not stick by anything that is said on their website BE WARNED IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE IT WILL NOT END WELL .

If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return costs ....THEY WILL NOT HONOUR THIS , THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH !! If your going to spend over £300 for a chair ...I suggest you chose a more reputable company, this isn’t one of them

Dear customer,

With your requirement to return the item, we need to inform you something based on our return policy. Firstly, you need to cover the postage for departure and return delivery which totally charge around 90 pounds. Then, the item only can returned in the original package situation. Besides, the refund only can processing after we received the item successfully and inspect it well. Meanwhile we will deduct the postage from the refund. Hope you kindly understand these. Lastly, we will process the return delivery for you after we got your confirmation.
