Review of CIRCLER
Circle of style is a fantastic company, with a brilliant ethos. I love shopping, and worked in the fashion industry for years, but always struggled (partly due to impatience) finding designer and unique pieces for a good price. COS is so easy to use, and I love the convenience of it all arriving to your door with a pre paid label to send the goods back. It took a few boxes for my stylist to 'get me' as the first box wasn't right for me at all. The more information you leave for the stylist the better the box will get, so it's worth being as detailed as possible! The only downside is the cost on some of the products - I recently bought a dress from my box, which I then saw on The Outnet for £60 less which was a little disappointing. I would still definitely recommend COS to friends especially if you're time poor!

Review of Antler
The worst customer service!! I bought a suitcase that was too big, DPD failed to collect the goods and you cannot get hole of Antler by email or live chat. There is no phone number and no possibility to re book a return. I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from them!! They are a charlatan company. How they have stayed in business so long is beyond me!
UPDATE: I managed to get a response via an instagram DM. Was told that they only have one person working in customer service (!!) and to be patient. It's been over a week since I first tried to get in touch with them, and now 3 days since any one has replied. My return is still waiting to be collected. THE WORST COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Review of Skin + Me
I've been using Skin + Me for a week now and I am SO impressed! My skin is noticeably smoother, and the red and bumpy acne I was experiencing has all but disappeared. I am shocked at how quickly I've seen a difference! From the reviews I'd read, I was expecting results, but didn't expect to see them so quickly. I've already recommended it to friends and will continue to do so. The price point is also so reasonable, I honestly can't fault this product at all!
Review of Furnituretrip
We ordered two ottomans from the site, one small beige and one large grey. Both arrived very promptly! They were in great condition, and very easy to assemble. We quickly realised that the beige one was a little smaller than we'd wanted, so I emailed to arrange a return. The reason I haven't given the full 5 stars, is because the response was very slow.... and there was no other way to contact them to arrange a return, other than by email. In the time in took them to respond, we noticed they had gone into Black Friday sales, so decided to just order another larger beige ottoman anyway, and keep the smaller one as well! We really were impressed with the quality for the amount we paid. I would order from them again, but do just hope they can sort out their customer service response time :)
Review of Habitat
We ordered a frame from Habitat over lockdown, unfortunately it arrived damaged! Once lockdown was lifted and their customer service lines were reopened they promptly sent us out a new frame. It would've been nice to have received it sooner, but considering the circumstances, it was great that they were able to rectify the situation even 4 months later.

Review of MADE.COM
A truly terrible customer experience
We bought some dining chairs from Made, which arrived in good time. We had to assemble them ourselves and it soon became apparent that they were broken; the screws for the backs wouldn't screw in. We contacted Made and they offered us £30 compensation (pitiful amount really considering that the 4 chairs cost nearly £500)! We said we would take the comp and use it to try and fix the chairs. We attempted to fix them with glue, however the back of 2 of them still kept falling off! I again contacted Made, expecting that as a large company they would have some level of customer service.... I was told that because we took the £30 comp we would not be able to return the chairs! Even though they were completely faulty! We would never have taken that tiny amount of money had we known it meant that we couldn't return the items. They also charge the customer for a collection!! Which is absurd. Would avoid at all costs. Expensive products made cheaply.

Review of Bloom & Wild UK
Amazing service!
I cannot fault Bloom & Wild. I ordered flowers last week for a friend who is pregnant, unfortunately she was not home on the day of delivery. Bloom & Wild contacted me to apologise (it wasn't even their fault) and ask when to reschedule the delivery. I picked a new day, and later found out that the friend wouldn't be home, but would be at a different address... I told Bloom & Wild and within 5 minutes they had rearranged the delivery. I'm so so impressed! I've ordered from them before for myself and they flowers have always been beautiful, delivered on time and always in great condition. I would 100% recommend them as a company :)
Review of Zurich Insurance UK
Awful, awful service. They took over 2 months to chase the third party insurer of an accident I was involved in. No-one within the team communicates to each other! My information was written down incorrectly, they lost the details of my witness. It's been nearly 5 months since the incident and they are still dragging their heels! Would not recommend Zurich as a car insurer.

Review of Tonik Energy
Nothing positive to say about this company. When we bought our property, it was being supplied by Tonik. We decided to use a different supplier, who made the switch for us, back in March. In July we receive a bill from Tonik for over £300! Dated from December - July. We didn't live in the property in December, and from March we were with a different supplier. The call centre is located abroad, and the woman I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about! Eventually she put me through to someone in the UK who said he could help (this was back in July) he said he would get a statement sent out for the time we were using them, and it shouldn't be more than £100 (which we thought sounded about right, as it would be a few months usage). A statement arrives in my inbox yesterday, which I cant open or log into!! I call again, and am put through to the same offshore call centre. The woman tells me that my statement is now £286. How is that possible?! I ask to speak with someone more senior, and she tells me that they're not allowed to transfer calls.... sorry?! What kind of company is this?! I have to give my number and wait 24 - 48 hours for a call back. I'm so glad Tonik are not our Gas & Electric supplier as they seem like a bunch of charlatans with terrible customer service. I would NEVER use them.
