Terrible Overall Service

I ordered a product and was never emailed with a tracking number until I contacted the seller almost a full week later. The seller notifies me they got the wrong address, so the package was being shipped back to them. So they were going to correct that mistake by reprocessing another order and ship it out as soon as possible. 4 days go by without hearing from them until I contacted them again, they then notified me that the product they were processing 4 days ago was sold out.

I got tired of waiting almost 2 weeks for them just to string me along like that, I demanded a refund, I will never shop there again.
