Amazing colleagues, updates and an immaculate repair
Couldn't have wished for a better service from start to finish.
My car needed a repair after being hit by an emergency service vehicle. FMG could have have communicated with me better through the whole process. They delivered my courtesy car, collected my vehicle, and the total time they had my vehicle was 9 days (7 working days), the repairs have been carried out so thoroughly and with such care you would never know there had ever been damage to the vehicle. The car came back spotless and you can see the care put into the work the team at FMG put into the car.
I was updated via text about the status of my vehicle at every stage and had a few phone calls with updates and to arrange the collection and drop off of my car.
Couldn't be happier with the service I received. I spoke to Gill and Julie from the Ellesemere Port Branch and they were both so helpful kept me updated. They were so accommodating in getting things sorted for me.
100% would recommend to anyone.

FMG Hull were absolutely brilliant. They kept me informed on a regular basic either by text or a phone call. They brought a fabulous courtesy car whilst my car was in the workshop. When the delivery driver brought my car I thought they’d brought the wrong car! The repair works was so good, they cleaned my car. My car looked new. What a fantastic job. My thanks to them and the Customer Services team.

The work was very prompt if not too quick, rather than order the correct colour strip they talked me into either removing the opposite side or change colour. On return was not unsatisfied with result. Used vehicle two days later only to find No real view from offside door mirror which was the initial job unless my head was placed directly on the steering wheel. Rand garage from 09:45 until midday closure with No answer. Hence negative review

My car was returned almost like brand new after light damage to offside wing and bumper. They very quickly and professionally removed a light scratch on the bonnet local to the damaged area after l pointed this out.

We were very happy with every thing as we had an accident the day we was going to Tunisia and when we rang them up, explained everything to them and asked them to go through our son due to us been away they did they kept him upto date with everything and when we got home 10 days later we was offered a curtesy car but on the day they were to deliver it our car was ready so we only went one day without our car
Very disappointed
Saga appointed FMG to collect and review our vehicle. We were puzzled as to why Motorbodies Weston was chosen, when it is about 40 miles from home, twice as far as Bristol or Gloucester. However it took a month from the accident to FMG appointing the garage. We rang and emailed numerous times to be given, say 5 days to collection, then nothing happened. Also I had to send photos twice, because apparently FMG couldn't send the ones I had sent to them to Motorbodies. The whole experience was very stressful and we couldn't understand the function of FMG as we seemed to have to do all the chasing and prompting.
Excellent service, despite the long wait for a part.
My car went in for repair in April and I only got my car back this week, one part unavailable for months but Ian at the Dunfermline branch was excellent. He kept me updated regularly on the process of my repair and was helpful in providing advice on what to do when my MOT was due. Had a lovely courtesy car throughout and they made everything easy. Once the car was fixed they delivered it to my garage for its MOT. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Great service from them. Thank you.

Amazing service
FMG Repair Services in Leamington were fantastic when i was involved in an accident. Such friendly staff from the first phone call all the way to the end of my repairs. I was given regular updates that were easy to understand and my car came back better than brand new with a full valet. Could only give 5 stars but if i could i would have given more, thank you to the team at Leamington.
