Appalling Place. Avoid

Appalled by their hard sell and lack of professionalism. Have just wasted 20 mins of my life trying to explain that I was not prepared to spent £800 in travel costs for an assessment which costs £99 when I can get it free locally. The agent was so rude I had to hang up and block their number. Avoid, huge red flag.

Further update: the agent immediately sent me an invoice for £299 cancellation fee which was never mentioned at any point until I cancelled. I won't be paying because they have no legal right to levy this fee and have been told this. Is this the type of company that anyone would trust to provide health care?

Even great when things go wrong.

My experience began with the delivery of a damaged item and although I filled in the damage form I did not have high hopes for a quick resolution as 72hours+ was reported as being the response time.

That being said, I was surprised when I received a call within 24 hours with a replacement item being fast tracked to my home. I even received a follow up call where I shared that there was a small flaw to the replacement item but I was planning to keep it. Again I was offered a small credit.

I was so impressed by their service 'when things go wrong' that I placed a further order with Victorian Plumbing secure in the knowledge that they are actually very responsive.

I have to mention Victoria Mansfield & Tom Hughes who both went beyond to help. Credit to the company.

Review of FMG Repair Services

Made a difference in a bad situation.

FMG were brilliant and kept me informed throughout. They even accommodated me when I had an urgent appt by offering an earlier collection which I accepted and alerted me to an issue with VAT which the insurance company said I had to pay despite not being vat registered.

The insurance company were awful and it took several hours over two days of being passed from pillar to post. The fact that FMG were brilliant at least helped a dire situation. Cleaned and valeted my car too. Fab service.

We returned to DFS to purchase a sofa we picked some time ago and were fortunate to be helped by the same person we saw last time, therefore we got the same wonderful service.

Migration of Landline

I was contacted by KC and everything was explained to me and I agreed to the device being sent in the post. The problem was it did not arrive so I lost my phone service for two days and got tangled up in long wait times to explain and arrange for another to be delivered and I didn't feel the person I spoke to believed it had not arrived (gave me a delivery date and time which would not have been possible).

I was very disappointed because I didnt receive all of my order but paid full postage for the cheap item.

I was very disappointed because I ordered two items, one a fleece which was nearly £25 and I added a sale rucksack to my order which cost £6.99. I received the rucksack but the fleece was refunded becasue it was out of stock so I ended up paying £4.50 postage for a rucksack nearly doubling the cost. The assistance refuned both the fleece (out of stock) and the postage. The assistant was very helpful but it is a shame I had to try to call Mountain Warehouse (I failed to get though) and then the chat to sort it out when MW should have done this beforehand.
