Just got my car back from FMG Hull and it looks better than it did before!! There was quite extensive damage to the front of my car as I'd gone into the back of a Range Rover. Because of this my car was in FMG's workshop for 16 days. The guy who brought me a courtesy car was lovely and explained that I'd get regular updates on the progress of the repair, which I did. The updates were informative so I knew how long they'd be waiting for specific parts, how long it was in the paintshop etc. All in all, the service was brilliant and I can't fault any of their work. I was given a full rundown of all the work done and a 5 year guarantee on all of it. 5* service, thank you xx

The questions were easy to understand and it was easy to complete. The questions were quite in depth although I would've liked an option to discuss problems that I've had with previous skincare eg I had a reaction to retinol but there was no where to record this xx

My parcel, which was FROZEN dogfood, was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I tried to track it but that facility wasn't available until today. It just said the driver had encountered a problem. I had no communication about it at all until I contacted you on Monday. It finally arrived today, 12.30 Monday! It was defrosted so some of it won't be usable. Are you prepared to reimburse some of my payment?

Delivery was very fast (next day delivery). Vacuum is great, I'm so pleased with it xx
