Brilliant customer service
Made a mistake when submitting test result as I did not give my correct email address. I emailed customer service and Arlene replied almost immediately saying the result had already been emailed and I would have to pay £15 for it to be resent which I did and I received the certificate within the hour. The customer service is brilliant and I do not resent paying the £15 as it was my mistake. I would highly recommend Flysurance
