Loved the premium lounge but the vegetarian sausages are awful!
Service is good, local food is a nice touch.

Asked for the veggie curry but served the chicken one, only noticed as I was about to eat it and could see the chicken in it. I had to ask for poppadoms and had one ( not plural poppdums as per menu!) ceremoniously dumped on top of the curry. I had to ask for the mango chutney also listed on the board but they had to go and find this like it was something new! A 7 min wait for daughters quorn burger and husband and sons had 5 VERY cold processed chicken goujons each. Cashier forgot to take lids off bottles with an opener so we visited the counter 4 times in the end! Its just not what you expect for £18 main meal!

The ferry is fine but food is going further and further downhill!

Its obvious the management have cut down the quality of food and amount of staff.

It was the deciding factor in booking dfds frequent traveller scheme as this is just as cheap ferry but better service and far better food, may try you again in 2026...

Bought on mail order 48 hour delivery. After 21 days I gave up! Messaged, telephoned and lots of false promises made, had a refund instead.
Maybe better in person but just false promises.ises and no apology online, very poor customer service!

Bought earing from the company. The pin part of the earing came apart less than 12 months of having them. Sent photos to silver who refused to refund and said it was wear and tear!

Buyer beware, I would never buy from them again

Don't have to even take things to a charity shop, less miles so a win for me and the climate by keeping it local

Website disappeared, presume closed so no spare tests bought can be used.☹️

Order due for delivery 3 days ago - I've heard nothing yet! On enquiring I found that most things I ordered in stock are actually out of stock and they cant give me any delivery date (except 3 days ago!) still waiting. I wouldn't advise anyone to order from them, but happy to correct this review if they come back to me with some semblance of customer service...

Cheap goods but cheap customer service as well - my order took 4 days to get to me so average time. I had ordered the wrong thing (my fault!) but no returns slip included - on website it says to email - but after no reply for a few days I checked - 7 WORKING DAYS for a reply to an email! - that just smells of incompetence, so called them - on hold for 38 mins so far and still on hold (as caller number 1!) my call is apparently important to them.......!

Next day delivery failed! - ordered Monday and meant to be delivered Tuesday - still waiting on Thursday! MyHermes (no God of messaging!) send you back to Sports Direct - and they tell you to check tracking and that they can't help and you have to wait (its 24 hour delivery I booked!!!)! VERY POOR! Now Thursday - still waiting - tracking not updated since Tuesday

3 of us in house but driver claimed we were out!

What 3 of us working from home and a loud doorbell but still claimed we weren't in!
