Seriously delicious cake

Seriously delicious cake! I didn’t expect the Bertha to be quite as good as it was simply because it was travelling from Leeds. Boy was I wrong it was totally delicious! It’s seriously proper chocolate cake. Wrapped up amazingly well, so fresh and great quirky packaging. Cassie is also the most brilliant customer service lady. Was on hand for my questions, easy going, honest and made my daughter’s day with her personal note she included . Can’t wait for our next slice.

This is the best water I’ve ever drunk and the coolest tap

Whilst renovating our house I was determined to install a purified water system and water softener. Having been highly recommended Roger by trusted friends we had no hesitation in contacting him. Roger was so informative and helpful the process was pretty straight forward and I can truly say 7 months in that this was the best decision we made. The water is delicious the fizzy water is delicious the boiling water leaves no scum when you make tea and is also delicious. I love the touch screen - to wash up the two options are perfect to wash up with and rinse. The after sales team is great and they are always on hand if I have a query. I even attached the water to my fridge so get the best ice. No more purchasing plastic or glass water bottles ever again. Highly highly recommend.

Ordered a large delivery from the amazing scandi kitchen and packfleet was delivering. Their up to date info was incredible completely kept me in the loop. They knew there was perishables in the order and the delivery guy was a ray of sunshine ! So friendly well presented and such a credit to the company. Thank you it does make a difference

AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS WE HAVE FOUND TO OUR DETRIMENT. In 2022 I was paying £39.12 for my cavapoochon who has an issue with her ears. I’ve claimed for virtually the same amount each year on their £15,000 policy under the assurance costs would not inflate exponentially year on year. 2023 came and they put the monthly cost to £63.99 citing reasons that made no sense but no explanation impossible to get a straight answer but we accepted it for our 4 year old dog. The new quote came in February for £145!!! Nothing really changed from the previous year except a visit to an out of hours vet for around £170 and an op for I think around £400. Ear situation the same. They will not return any calls after finally speaking to them they said it’s up to the underwriters and it must be how many dogs live in my area. They couldn’t give me a single reason why they’ve gone against all they told me. They have me over a barrel and although as I explained I can’t move now for an existing condition they said it would be looked into and a response within 4 days then one month worst case 8 weeks. So know this is week 8 and no resolution. My friends dog is same age a malti poo and lives 0.5 mile away and claimed for £1000s for operation and tests and they are paying c£55 per month. They will not get back to me nor explain. Furthermore each claim usually goes beyond a ridiculous amount of time and it’s excuse after excuse. I truly thought when I signed up this was a decent company how wrong I was. My vet is absolutely horrified and is looking into this he’s never ever known anything like it. I just want to make you all aware that this company is too good to be true and once you claim good luck to your premiums it’s scandalous what they have done and soon they are going to make it impossible for anyone to afford their inflated prices

We can't provide a complete breakdown of our pricing as that information's commercially sensitive but some rating factors we consider when calculating your renewal is your pet's age, claims history and the cost of vet fees in your area.

I can see you've made a complaint which our team are looking into. Our complaints team work to an FCA regulated timeframe of a maximum of 8 weeks but do always aim to respond sooner, they'll be in touch soon with a resolution.
