They will tell you to go get a vehicle inspection on your car after you purchase it and then state that they will give you a reimbursement if theres anything wrong with it within the five day purchase within a certain mileage. We were told this more than once. NO MISUNDERSTANDING ANYTHING, like they’re claiming. Devlin also gave me a response of “awesome” while telling him the issues, completely unprofessional response and then told me I was wrong when we were told the same thing multiple times by not only drive time, but the warranty place and drivetime, corporate customer relations.
I called before submitting the claim and was told by this DT in Topeka, Ks to submit it.
I did and it was denied. The warranty place told me to reach out to the dealership because they were the ones that owed me the reimbursements then I spoke to customer relations at headquarters and was told the same thing the dealership was responsible for the reimbursement due to the timeframe and mileage at the time of the inspection and work done on the car.
Then the mechanic told me that did the inspection that there was more bolts that needed tightened so they let me drive a car off of their lot with a bunch of loose bolts. One was in the sway bar and are now retracting what we were verbally told multiple times. Way to go DT, Topeka. You’re a joke!

My appointment was at 7:30 and the store closed at eight. Yolanda Rodriguez was my sales agent and had me out of the office by 8:30 with my brand new car. She made the car buying experience so easy. She didn’t get my hopes up. I will forever be grateful for drive time.
