Very good user friendly website. Local branch called me within an hour to arrange a delivery timeslot. Could not fault the service.

I called Eurocell, Great Yarmouth, and Andy responded. We discussed my order unfortunately some parts were just out of stock, so Andy got them delivered from another branch the next working day.
Andy was extremely helpful and everything ordered was delivered as discussed.

PS. just picked up 100 off 65mm poly pins from Eurocell GY, and they were half the price of Screwfix.

My name is Martin, i am currently using crutches due to a recent accident, i visited the store on harfrey ind est off gapton hall road and was greeted by a man whos name is Andy he was so polite, helpfull and knowledgeable about the questions i asked him to help complete my DIY project at home he also carried my goods out to my car for me in the rain which to me is 5 star service, Thank you Andy i will definately shop with you again because of the service i recieved.

Store manager in great yarmouth very helpfull and friendly, stayed behind at closing time help me out and advice me on a product. Utility flat board various sizes .

After being let down by a different company for wall panels, I rang Eurocell to see if they could help at all. Wayne was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process, nothing was too much trouble (despite my multiple phonecalls!) and he managed to get my wall panels delivered less than 24 hours after I paid for them. Can't say how impressed I am and will definitely come to Eurocell next time I need something similar!

I purchased a lot of soffit and facia boards, and accessories for my garden room build, and I was keen to get them as soon as possible (never easy these days). I'd searched the Web and found sites that claimed to be less expensive for the same Eurocell products, but the branch manager was brilliant. Found everything I needed, gave me an excellent price, and it was delivered the very next day. Awesome.

Andy and Wayne in Great Yarmouth gave outstanding service, went in for some composite fencing which is in high demand, sourced it from other depots and arranged pick up. Kept well informed, delivery was trouble free too. A credit to your business Eurocell, would recommend to others..That impressed I went back and ordered more!!

The Great Yarmouth branch has been excellent, helpful and more importantly delivered to promised dates, prices have gone up everywhere, they are still competitive and the quality has impressed me. Delivery driver was excellent, so one happy customer! 😀😀😀

Looking for some uPVC and found this place by accident. Ordered on line and had confirmation that the order was ready only minutes later. Depot at Great Yarmouth was an Aladdin's cave when I visited. Service was brilliant and staff were very friendly and helpful. I will look forward to using this place again.
