Absolutely rubbish.
Tried at least 10 surveys, they all came back saying they had ended as they already had enough responses.
Complete waste of time and energy.
Now that l have seen other reviews that there are often problems with them paying the rewards I have decided not to bother at all for the sake of a few Nectar points I'm probably not even going to get. What a pointless waste of time.


i have been a member since it was invite only. very good company to do surveys for . very fast to pay and respond if a survey gives error message instead of paying. the only downside to this company they report American survey takers to the IRS if you make over a couple hundred $$ unlike other survey companies. which in some states they charge extra tax's on money made this way

It does take a bit for the points to add up, but i feel like that's any type of receipt add. In the end they all are points that you wouldn't be getting if you weren't scanning receipts. 

Mr Holdern and his team are very helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy and very competitive on price too. Would most certainly use services and highly recommend.

I used this company for EPC, Gas and EICR certificates for my property sale. From initial booking to getting the certificates in my hand took less than a week.

The inspectors (Tony of Elmhurst Energy Systems for EPC, and Justin of Milsquires Property Services for Gas & EICR) were polite, on time and professional.

And the support staff (notably Melissa) were wonderful too. Good communication and fast response times. Excellent.


We have paid Surveyor Sorted £795 in advance to do a specific defect report on plumbing issues in our flat on 15 March 2025. They did not turn up for the appointment. They then sent an inept surveyor two weeks later who produced a report 2 months later. This "report" is not worth the paper it is written on. The whole survey took only 14 minutes and the guy did not take any photos or measurements. His "report" has no technical detail and does not refer to any specific defects. It only talks about general causes of plumbing issues.  We have paid drainage specialists to do an indebth analysis of the plumbing defects. This report is worth every penny we have paid for.  
We have asked Surveyor Sorted for a full refund which they agreed but this turned out to be another of their lies. We are yet to receive a penny back.

I worked at Earthwork Services, Inc. for many years. The owners are loving and kind. They started me on my path of where I am at today. They get the credit for my start and I praise them. Thank you.

It might be helpful for those disputing. Company apparently registered in Hong Kong according to the most recent t&c's which never been sent to me when I have signed up with them, awful practices, relaying on tricking and scamming DEAs.

When I emailed back saying leads were not exclusive or invalid or simply wrong, they threatened me with starting legal action for £10 outstanding fee 😂 One person did required an EPC, needed and electrician to visit at the same time and wanted me to find an electrician for them and arrange time to come at the same time or property assessment won't go ahead... They have been emailing me for 2 years now.

Compared with other survey platforms, it is relatively honest. Although the success rate of the survey is not 100%, at least I can participate in it and get real cash rewards. It would be nice if more rewards could be added
