reward system should be consistent.
The experience I have had with e-rewards over the past 5 years has been excellent. Any problems I have with surveys, they take care of immediately and credit my account. The only problem I have with their surveys is they allocation of the point system in which we are rewarded. Some surveys you receive 4.0 points for 20 minutes of attention and others offer only 1.0 point. I think they should be consistent and offer the same amount of credit per time estimated for the survey. Also stick to whole numbers and forget these 1.3 and .5. I just ignore those that don't warrant the attention they thriving to obtain.
