I've been answering surveys for years and really enjoy it! Too often I'm not rewarded after spending the appropriate time answering honestly. Customer service always comes through with a reward. My suggestion is that we should be notified early on in the survey if this is the case. Also, 0.50 points for a 15 minute survey when 2.5 points for the same length of time is a no-brainer!
Timmy recognized the problem with the survey right away and gave me credit for it within 24 hours. I've been completing surveys for years and used to be able to redeem for magazines. I would like to do that again for a magazine of my liking,
I've been a member for years and have diamond status. My latest "complaint" was that I'd completed a long survey, probably about 30 minutes, submitted it, and was told "sorry" it wasn't relevant for me. I'm sure that it was, as I've completed similar ones in the past. My inquiry yielded 0.50 points. I feel that was not enough for the length of time I'd spent honestly answering. It's nice to earn points!
I spent time answering questions re: stress, only to be told at the end that the survey had expired!

We do our best to send you surveys that you’re likely to complete. However, members may not always be able to complete a survey if they don’t ‘qualify’ for it. That just means they’re not part of the target group that the particular survey is looking to research.
Unfortunately, we cannot determine beforehand if you will qualify for a survey, which is why we have to ask a number of qualifying questions to see if a survey is relevant for you.
We understand that this can be frustrating at times. If you ensure your profile is up to date, this should maximize your opportunities to qualify for surveys that are most relevant to your lifestyle and interests (minimizing the chances of you being screened out halfway through).
