Wayne arrived as planned and was extremely helpful. He identified the problem and even gave me a quick lesson on the workings of my drain system. This was useful as I had no idea what the issue was and having it explained to me was really informative. He was pleasant throughout and cleared up once the job was done. excellent service and excellent quality of work paul assessed the job gave me a run down of the cost from best case to worst case he carried out the work which turned out to be not as bad as I had thought so the price was great. I made contact online with the Drain Doctor and within 3 hours I had a phone call arranging a time convenient to me for the Drain Doctor to visit.
When he arrived he listened to me and advised the methods he would use. He explained his assessment to me rather than "just getting on with it" and checked with me before leaving that I was happy with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend this company - especially Paul in the Burton on Trent area - who could not have been more thorough. Thank you Paul for my fast flowing sink that no longer smells.

We had problems with our toilet block in the warehouse, called Drain Doctor Swadlincote and was greeted by Karla, she was very professional and had a team out to us within an hour. The guys turned up, did a swift investigation, located the problem and got a quote over to us. Paul and Wayne came back the following day, sorted the problem with little disruption to our warehouse. I couldn't recommend this company more and Paul and Wayne are a credit to you guys, friendly and professional.
