Worst casino ever they asked me for birth certificate which is hilarious I don't know why the asked I been playing with the. For more than a year and after all that they needed the birth certificate
And then it took them 12 days to give me my money back which I deposited and I couldn't play because loss limit was reached and they asked me 100 documents dont waist ur time and money with them
And on top of all that when I asked them to close my account I had £9 they said they cannot give that £9 to me based in order for withdraw it has to be min £10 so they kept £9 as well

Don’t pay out winnings

Very disappointed no further forward a month on had a big win and still no pay out I have sent so much information to verify my account and still keep getting told there waiting for the relevant team to deal with this. Do not recommend at all! more than happy to take money but will not pay out. Will be taking this further as I see a lot of people have same issues and they can’t get away with this no more!

Stay away -very unorganised

The most unorganised online casino company.
You verify your account once no problem you win anything above yoir deposits . They ask for more details .
You give them this and they delay delay and delay.
They come up with all sorts of reasons then the suspend your account not a problem. Still pay me out but no they say waiting for relevant department to review your case.
They even was given business details and still the query exchanging of money.
Unfortunately money played with was money I win on my 1st verification yet they still hold yoir withdrawls for days and no one can help you. So avoid at all costs. Read the Rest of the reviews they are correct.
Ph and yoir 1st verification gets thrown back in and they don't accept that again even though they did in the first place . They did apologise but you can tell they are upto something and delay paying out or don't want to do it at all.
I very much doubt this company will be around for Long.

Dr bet are a disgrace it was all good while they were taking My Money soon as I had a big win they started to demand proof of income which I did give them no problem but they come back to me and said we couldn't verify your income do not bet with this site all they want to do is take your money and when you win they won't give you your winnings I can only talk by personal experience

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. They are withholding my funds untill I send them prove of a bank card that has not been in use for over a year because I can't send them a picture of a bank card they want a pdf of my bank statements. I happily sent a screenshot of it but that's not acceptable they want the whole statement that includes not only private transactions but also a lot of private bank details. Sounds more like a scam than a betting site

In one word...Disgraceful.

As with many other reviews, I opened an account several months ago. Deposited numerous times on a weekly basis without any issue. A couple of days ago I deposited £60 (2 deposits of £30). Both went through fine. I won £60 and cashed out £120 (£60 Deposited plus £60 I won). The next day I tried to log into my account and they have blocked it stating clause 1.1 (multiple accounts). I don't recall opening another account and if I did, it would have been a long time ago. So if I did, then I made an honest mistake and it certainly wasn't intentional. I went onto the live chat and recieved generic copy and paste replies stating these were the terms and conditions and they would not pay me my small winnings or even the deposits I made only an hour or so before I tried to make the withdrawal. Now this might not be a large sum of money to most, but it's the principle. These thieves shouldn't be licenced, they are getting away with this and it's time they had their licence revoked. I will be filing formal complaint with the UKGC and IBAS. A quick Google shows many other customers have experienced the same as me and filed disputes against Dr Bet. I have a little play on the slot games every now and then, I haven't committed fraud, tried to beat the system or anything like that. I didn't even use any of the bonuses, playing only with my hard earned money. It's isn't fair and the sooner they are investigated the better in my opinion. I would like to think that they will read this and do the right thing and pay me my £120, however I wont hold my breath. My username is openyoureyes and I wish I had done so before giving this company the opportunity to treat me this way!

They ask for a statement that has both your full name and contact details and the payments. This doesn't exist on paysafecard, ask their support, yet when you ask them how to get it.. They'll forward you to paysafecard support, paysafecard support will forward you back and that's how they keep your money. I've never left a review for a website until now.

Be very careful of these casino T&Cs

Be very careful of these casino T&Cs. If you win big they will use clause 1.11 - Only one Member Account allowed per User, IP address.

Even If you have an old account you have not used in years and have forgotten about they will use this "get out" clause to block your account and confiscate any winnings.

This clause isn't there for your protection. It's a legal loophole to avoid paying out. This is a UK casino but you may as well be playing the unregulated casinos with no licence as you would probably have a better chance of getting paid.

If you choose to play here.
Read all T&Cs, avoid bonus offers and do not play until you have uploaded all your documents and verified them.

The casino is untrustworthy and I would play in one of the many other UK casinos that do not operate like scam artists.

The casino has blocked my account and…

The casino has blocked my account and confiscated my winnings.
Apparently, I have duplicate accounts and this is against terms and conditions.
I don't think I have a duplicate account unless it's been lying dormant and unused. in that case, I should not have been able to set up a new account.
This is just an excuse to confiscate winnings. I just checked these reviews and realised this is quite common for them to confiscate winnings.
Read the reviews before playing and be careful.
Casinos that refuse to pay out or make it extremely hard to withdraw should be avoided.
A complaint was sent to the gambling commission.
If enough people complain they have their licence revoked.

Account blocked

I just made a deposit of £200. Played for a few days, requested a withdrawal of £1500. After that they asked for additional verification. I completed additional verification, after which they immediately blocked my account. They just didn't want to give me my winnings. Stealing £3000 and the final decision is a violation of rule 1.11 (multiple accounts, what?)
Scam!

These guys have sumsub verification, you can't cheat them and create multiple accounts. I will make a recording of my screen about not being able to have multiple accounts. I will write to sumsub and ask how many times I have been verified. All of this will be proof for a complaint against this trash company.

Waste of time advised my device will not allow verification offered multiple documents as accepted with any reputable gambling company and you can not help. Advised clear cache and switch device off. I then said close the account as it’s pointless as I cannot do the step they are asking and apparently you can’t do this until you do the step I’m having issues doing . Absolute joke .
