This sites awful. U might win 1 or 2 times then all u see is repeat winners daily same people I think they are nonhuman players. To top if off there customer service is unhelpful. I made a complaint with evidence of this (I was polite and conciderate) the response from them was to ecxculde me for 2 weeks. My concerns weren't heard plus it's expensive each game with little to no hope of winning unless ur a repeater. Stay way clear . I have reported them to gambling commission.
Now I've had to edit this honest review as Hapoy said it could hurt their reputation. I'm sry it's what this platforms for. I have removed a few words fair enough . But this is an honest review.

Back after they put me on a 3 month cool off. cause i used the cool off option in safer gambling which is what I thought it was there for.£65 on nothing has changed same names winning.same person won 3 times In the last game I played. Not random. Don't think I'll be going back on this site. Impossible to win, shame it's a good site but not random, what a shame. Ive checked the winners page same names in most games. I think it's rubbish, I've won over £49 pound and instead of being able to withdraw the money, it's just adding it as credit, whats the point of paying to play a game if you aren't actually winning the money?? You should be able to have the money set aside so that you can build your winnings and by doing so, with the ability to withdraw it later. Very disappointed 😞 even today I won 272quid which was only ever played on the 20quid I paid, plus the extra 60 you got for making a payment. So I've only ever played on what I paid, so why is it that everytime I win youse add it as bonus credit

Taking duplicate deposits from my bank account
I have been with this site a while and must say that my experience with them has been good and bad. I have lost but also won a decent amount, more lose than win. However, I’ve decided to close my account due to this company duplicating my deposits from my bank account. This has happened every time I have made a deposit this year. Initially they blamed my bank but when I changed to depositing from a different bank the same thing happened and they have played dumb. Yesterday I made 2 deposits, £15 and £25. Both are showing as cleared on my bank account but then a third unauthorised duplicate payment of £25 is pending my account and will stay like that for 14 days before being credited back in to my account. Earlier in the year I had multiple unauthorised / duplicate deposits pending I believe over £100!! I will now be closing my account with this company.

Been gambling a long time, this is by far the worst site I have ever seen. The RTP is non existent the slots are absolute dog doo. The bingo is 100% fixed as max bet is £10 and the same names come up every time. I thought I'd give it a chance spent £1400 on the slots for £169 back and an additional £600 on the bingo and didn't even get a line. Avoid this company like the plague they are absolute con artists

First time playing on this site, fulfilled the wagering requirements to withdraw! I played the slots and made it up to about £1,200 to which I was only allowed to withdraw £188 and the rest disappeared!
One big con, what is the point of allowing me to keep playing to meet the wagering requirements to then not let me withdraw it all.

Saving money by not playing
I decided not to play anymore as I had lost much more than ever likely to win. However I was sent a bonus of £10,if you deposit 10or over. I followed the link instead of signing in separately so the min deposit was 25 instead of 10 so I deposited 25 thinking I'll bank 15 after playing the 10. I won the first game 4 lines which gave me over 100 I was ecstatic I went to withdraw immediately but discovered I could only withdraw 15 and if I deposited that I would lose the 90 some pounds I won.
