The skins you win in cases are coins. they can only be sold and you can only buy at their P2P marketplace (they take a share lol..). severely underpriced skins you win as you cant withdraw.

160$ Flip knife ultraviolet won was worth 110 coins (90EUR) but was on marketplace for 170 coins for the lowest offer with a LOWER QUALITY!

minimum knife was 130 coins for a 95$ gut knife. my mw ultraviolet was worth less on their site than the lowest priced knife on thr marketplace

What the hell?

i opened a knife very lucky drop but useless. their cheapest knifes is 130 coins (93$ on steam) and the knife i sold for 110 coins is worth 160 COINS on the SAME marketplace

it is ridiculous. completely misleading to the client. do not claim yourself a case opening site if the only cashout option is crypto.

this site is also illegal in france & europe as they do not comply to thus laws.

I deposited 15 usd into the site with my card. After getting up to 60 USD I notice that I'm not able to bet on player vs player games. After contacting support they informed me that my account had been banned from withdrawing and playing these pvp game (apparently to prevent fraud because "my ip and bank card did not match"), to which i ask: why didnt they prevent me from depositting in the first place if thats a concern. Upon messaging support I was asked to send over an unreasonable amount of documents to prove my identity to which they offered me no guarantee that I would be able to get my ban lifted. I then gambled my money away out of frustration. This is clearly a breach of your rights as a customer. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
