I was scammed out of a few items since…
I was scammed out of a few items since the trade pop up window kept showing up on my screen. I sent multiple of the same item to one person since he never accepted the first trade. I reached out to support and told me their is nothing they can do without webapi access. I refused to do that and provided screen shots. Johnn was a terrible support agent and refused to help besides giving them access to my steam account. I have used csgoroll since it first came out and never had an experience as terrible as this one. I'd be fine if only I was credited the balance for the extra items that were taken.

Love the site but they need crypto withdrawal
CSGOROLL is a solid and trustworthy platform with plenty of game modes, daily rewards, and a reliable marketplace. For a long time the site struggled with lags and it felt like nobody cared, but that time is finally over and the experience has improved a lot. Still, there are some small UI issues and crypto withdrawals are not yet available (but planned). Overall, definitely recommendable if you play responsibly. They got a massive variety of battle modes and cases. Adding 3 cases every week is insane for users that like to see new thing ever day when playing!

On August 12th I had a very frustrating experience on CSGORoll. Because of site lag, the interface froze and I accidentally clicked the “Bet Max” button, which is placed right under the betting field. Normally my average bet on roulette is around 10 coins (often even less), but in that moment the site placed a 10,000 coin bet in one click. Losing such a huge amount in this way felt extremely unfair.
I submitted video proof to support, but the ticket was closed without a proper explanation. For a platform that handles large balances, I would expect better stability, safer design, and more accountability.

Unfair System – Max Bet Bug With No Protection for Players
I have been a long-time player on CSGORoll, wagering over 1,070,000 coins, but I recently experienced a very serious issue.
While playing (Nonce: 7279208, balance 10,285 coins), my bet amount field automatically set itself to my entire balance without me clicking “Max.” My usual bet is around 7 coins, so this was completely abnormal.
I reported it to support, but they refused to help unless I had video recording proof. They also admitted this does not show up in their logs, which means players have zero protection unless they constantly record every session. This is an unfair design and puts all risk on players.
This is not the first time it has happened to me (a similar issue occurred over a year ago). After repeated problems and no resolution, I have reported the site to regulators and consumer protection authorities.
CSGORoll needs to improve transparency, add proper logs, and ensure fairness for players. Until then, I cannot recommend this site.

Between 22 Apr – 13 Jun 2025 I wagered 865,198 coins, contributing 68,378 coins of expected house edge, because the newly launched Zones programme promised progressively higher daily cases in exchange for progressively higher wagering.
After five intensive weeks I reached VIP 125 %. One week later the programme was retired and the advertised daily‑case boost disappeared. The one‑time “bonus” I received was 567 coins – 0.83 % of what I contributed to the site, effectively leaving (stealing) 99% of what I gave.
Key concerns:
Zones sole purpose was to incentivise heavier wagering; ending it immediately after players hit the top tier left those who followed it most closely bearing virtually all risk while lesser‑volume users were unaffected.
When asked about this issue, a public Discord reply from Eye, the owner, on 1 June 2025 explicitly stated, “There will be a one‑time bonus for VIP.” The amount credited later does not reflect that assurance. The zones was fake and the assurance was fake.
Transparency in reward programmes matters. Launching a system that encourages large deposits and wagers, then cancelling it almost immediately, reflects the site's ethics.
In short: "They released a system that rewarded higher wagering with meaningful boosts, and I played hard under that system — real money, real time, real risk. I lost ton of money during that period because I trusted the structure and incentives they introduced.
Then the system was revoked, and I was told a one-time bonus would be issued. But what I received — 567 coins — is 0.8% of my expected loss during that time. Is that a compensation? I'll let you (the reader) decide before using the site, I gave the numbers."
