sample tiles
I ordered some sample tiles. They were wrapped in bubble wrap and one layer of cardboard and they arrived in 100 tiny pieces! My emails bounced back too... However, I had a call from Michael who, true to his word, has now arranged for refund of the full cost and was very pleasant to deal with. He tells me that Crown Tiles has now been taken over by Tile Giant so this also explains the email problem.

Sample tiles delivered (after paying for express delivery!!) one of the tiles smashed in 3 pieces.
Contact at Crown suggested the delivery guys are not bothered after the parcel came thundering through my letter box.
Maybe IF Crown had wrapped the tiles separately it would NOT have broken. O|ffered a refund of postage...still waiting for this !!
