Ordered a couple of boxes of tiles with 3 working day delivery. Order processed quickly, kept me updated, tiles despatched on time, and delivery day/time sent through. The delivery driver also called 30 mins ahead of delivery. Tiles brought to the door on a pallet. No damages or problems. Excellent service! Tiles were also on a weekend special price, so customer very happy. Many thanks : )

Very hit and miss with deliveries. No updates, no contact details, items being 'sorted' for 2 weeks at a time. I've had plants arrive 2 weeks late and dead. I'm currently waiting for a delivery that they've had for 2 weeks already! Parcels have also arrived without prior notice. The company are a nightmare. The only mails they send are asking for reviews of the delivery person - I can't blame the delivery person for a 2 week delay, but they don't allow you to review the company, so I don't review them...

I ordered a shower unit from this company. It came promptly, and well packaged. Well done Plumbworld!!

Contacted the company to check stock of a bath as it was need urgently for a bathroom refit - was told in stock. Asked them to double check - was told it was definitely in stock. Paid for 2 working day delivery - money came out straight away. Chased several times over the first week as no bath - received a response saying they'd chase it. Heard nothing since. Have tried to call - number not working. E-mailed many times to various addresses - no response. Used the online contact us form - no response. Requested cancellation and refund - no response obviously. Had to initiate a claim through Paypal after 5 weeks as still nothing! Massively held up a bathroom job - unimpressed customer and unimpressed fitter. Will not use ever again and would not advise using. Since starting this nightmare process I have seen nothing but bad reviews appearing online regarding this company... lesson learned
