I recently had some work done by warmworks, had a new central heating system, new front door and some fans. Had read many negative reviews and was very wary. The initial surveys and admin was a bit sketchy, I had to chase a lot of things up, was let down with appointments, however the work carried out was to a high standard, and the tradesmen were great and cleaned up after themselves. All in all was very satisfied with the outcome.

Placed order for tiles 3 weeks before I needed them, selected 29/03/24 for delivery. Received call yesterday to say that they could not deliver on that date as it was Easter! They knew it was Easter Friday when I selected date 3 weeks ago, really disappointed, have had to juggle everything around so I will be home to accept delivery which will now be on 02/04. Would not use again.
Ordered on 11/11 a gift for my friends birthday today. Received an email to advise it was on its way with the dreaded Evri on 12/11. Now a week on and it hasn’t arrived. Tracking info shows that it arrived at Depot in the early hours of the 15th and hasn’t moved since. No telephone number, no complaints procedure listed anywhere, eventually contacted via iMessage, was advised to wait until 11am on Friday when system would update, still no change in delivery status. Messaged again, spoke to 3 different people who advised I had to wait until 28/11 until they could deem it lost. Asked to cancel order as it is clear I haven’t received it and they refused, even though it won’t be of any use to me as I had to take a half days annual leave yesterday to go and buy a last minute gift from a store. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, will never order(DUX007195520) from them again! Also, why is there no complaints procedure listed in your website, this should be readily available and have direct links to take you to a complaints form/email, telephone number!

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, I'm sorry to hear your parcel experienced a delay in getting to you, especially when this was for your friends birthday.
I can see this order was placed with Standard Delivery and made the expected delivery date the 18th November. Although the majority of our orders are delivered within the timeframe selected at checkout, delays with couriers do sometimes happen that are out of our control and when they do, the courier asks to allow time to have the delay sorted and the parcel delivered. As the parcel is still expected to be delivered, we are unable to cancel the order and do need to allow more time for the parcel to get to you.
Rest assured, if the parcel hasn't been received by the given date, we will absolutely have this refunded for you.

Excellent on time delivery. Was going to be on a conference call and didn’t want disturbed, so left a note on door which driver followed exactly. Was kept up to date by both text and email to ensure I was aware of ETA. Would def use again.
