The intial communication was great. After receiving my intial call to get the ball rolling which was almost immediately. It was radio silence for a while, I have yet to hear from a sales rep to ensure my radio is received.
Overall, it seems like a suitable company and very professional standards. I am hoping that I can get everything I need within a timely manner.
My experience so far with Critical Communication PTT has been nothing Shy of Amazing. Director Alex and Dispatch Team are very sensitive to the Calls of Service and Emergency Needs of each Officer. As Pennsylvania State Agents/LEOs, it is very important topic to me and many others for everyone to be on “One Frequency”. I truly believe Critical Communication PTT is Ready, Willing, and Able to fulfill that task for us.
