After my negative review on Cortinadecor I received an immediate satisfactory answer from them. Their promise has yet to be fulfilled however I will edit that review when satisfied. Thank you Trustpilot, you provide a great service to the consumer.

This awful organisation has somehow…

This awful organisation has somehow managed to persuade Amazon to give them business. I have now had to receive refunds on two items that I really wanted as they say they cannot find my address. I am currently waiting for a product and was given a delivery day of yesterday. Having waited in all day a message was sent to me stating that the delivery driver was unable to do his job and I will be able to collect the product from their depot until the 19th of this month. I checked my security camera and of course no delivery driver was present at any time and certainly not at the time given. One star is way too generous !

I’m happy to say that the confusion over missed messages has been resolved by Anita at Cortinadecor and a replacement blind had been delivered to me. I will certainly buy from Cortinadecor in future.

I have been a satisfied customer for some years, however I made a mistake and confused width and height of a mosquito roller net which was delivered and paid for. I immediately ordered and paid again for the correct format. I have never asked for a refund as I accept resonsibility and asked the company by email if it would be possible to alter the width of the first order and if so how to do it. The courtesy of a reply has not been forthcoming after three attempts to get a response. I will look elsewhere in future if this is the sort of after sales practiced by Cortinadecor.

This company really should consider…

This company really should consider their choice of carrier. Goods ordered and paid for with delivery projected on Wednesday, I stay in all day for nothing. Unable to use their "tracking service" it told me there was no delivery scheduled for my address. Next day they said they had the wrong phone number(untrue) so I spend another day waiting at home, Thursday. Still no delivery, various emails received assuring me delivery is on way.
Total joke, it's now Friday afternoon and I'm still waiting. Emailed to give ultimatum, delivery or cancel order 2 hours ago, NO REPLY.
Tried their HELPLINE, it rang for 7 minutes before I gave up to discover the call is chargeable to me even before it's answered!! Avoid this company and it's slick image at all costs. They have just cost me three days and an expensive premium phone call. I wonder if I'll ever get my 170 Euros back?

Goods ordered from Amazon

Goods ordered from Amazon. I was notified by email that delivery would be on a day that I could not be home so I altered the date and received confirmation of the change. Waited in all day, impossible to contact anyone, just recorded messages. waited in all next day, delivery promised but no show again, I then contacted Amazon who apologised and very kindly refunded shipping cost while making complaint to Seur. Delivery promised for today, now past lunch hour and no delivery still. Conclusion, avoid this cowboy delivery company at all costs, they don´t even have the courtesy to offer morning or afternoon delivery like DHL and most other reputable companies.
