Love the item very good company

I bought this item for my young kids but it is very hard to get it off. It irritated their sensetive skin and company has a return policy that will allow you to return it. I initiated it but since they said ok. They never write back. Bad company bad customer service

All lies and product not affective and their money back refund is not real
They will not even right you back

We stayed at Destin Hilton home 2 hotel for the weekend started from Friday
They have a bedbugs do not go to this hotel. Threw our suitcases and clothes all in the trash Horrible

I ordered the product, waited for sometime and by mistake they delivered to next door neighbor. After my neighbor brought it to me, I tried finally!
It was a disappointment! Nail drying lamp is so cheap looking and it has a small cord that doesn’t go anywhere, it doesn’t charge itself so you have to find a place that has a plug in. Nail colors nice but it is a rip off! I had another company’s nail polish exactly same color. I used regular acetone and it took it off so the one they send you a regular acetone. When I took the color off, it does not have that gel or plastic peel off thing so that is a lie, my nail is chipped in same day just like a regular nail color I actually broke my nail while holding a chair
This item is not worth 80-90 dollars
This starter package is done so cheaply, it can’t be more than25-30 dollar
They claim you will not need gel nail anymore, it is a lie. I wrote the company back after one use, I told them please send me a return address but they won’t write back. First time they told me they will take care of it but never get back to me again, they want me to keep the items and charge me while I’m keep telling and emailing them please send me a return address
They have 30 day money back warranty but that is a lie as I understand now. Do not buy their products
It won’t help, it is a bad info and faulty commercial
Do not order their product, if company doesn’t stand behind their product and their policy is the act as nothing happened, doesn’t honor their policy than please don’t buy their products

I had a problem with the return/ refund,I went thru all the steps but somehow it was a lots of problems with it
Ms Jessica Turner( glov customer relations manager) got involved with it, she was awesome! She wrote me a email, trying to understand the problem and after I wrote back to her, she took care of it next day! She has the best customer service and that makes me trust the company with their word now

I bought this coffee machine from the company side in America. It was excellent condition refurbished instead of paying 400 I payed 300$ I also got warranty for 2 years 65$
Machine looked like new, I used it for 4-5 months just one cup a day in the mornings, I’m the only user of this machine and I only use their coffee beans. This machine already broken, it stopped working. I bought their descaling liquids still no go. Called them, told them about the warranty but they said oh they can only give me a refurbished machine even it was 300$ machine and it was broke in 4-5 months
My only option for them to fix it. I sent it to them I still don’t have this machine so by the time they got back to me and sending and all. I haven’t used this machine for over a month now
Don’t buy this expensive machine it is not worthed. Just because I bought refurbished I only get refurbished even when you buy warranty papers for 2 years. What kind a warranty it that? I have to wait another refurbished machine for them to have so mine can be replaced! I have keurig and they have great customer service. Once their machine didn’t work and I was expecting them to fix it but to my surprised they send me a new one and didn’t even take back to old one this was after year of using that machine. 300$ and this is all you get. I’m now worried even if they send me another refurbished am I going to go thru same problem? This was supposed to be excellent condition lightly used machine

Don’t spend your money on this item buy keurig

This item is a lie, their nano needle doesn’t work it is very weak. Under eye patches dry pieces of paper, I’m an esthetician and I used a lot of products. This is not a performance product. It is a lie. Refund is a big lie. They offer you 50% off and if you say no, they will never refund your money. I have emails to prove it. I will leave a review everywhere to help people not to do the mistake I did. This is a big lie.

This is a worse company to buy from. Their return policy is a lie, shoes are uncomfortable
They don’t let you cancel your order, I had to wait a month to get it. I told them I want to return it, company return adress is in china, this item isn’t Italian, that is a lie! I bought 2 different size to try it, their idea is I buy a new item from them instead of sending it back. This item cost less at Amazon than their own web page. I lost 119 dollars, they are dishonest! Don’t buy it. I will write reviews everywhere to warn people, return cost as much as the shoes and they know that. I have messages to prove it.
