Please stay far away

Please stay far away! Terrible experience, money grabbers and will do anything to lie to get more money from you!!!!! Stay clear and find a good law abiding company!

Rubbish

I just received a letter from a debt collector agency asking me to pay over £300!
I’ve never heard of them, when I googled it said company permanently closed!
These debt collectors must think I’m crazy

A BUNCH OF MONEY GRABBING SCAMMERS

This company is a scam. I have been with them for over 10 years and I recently had an accident (3rd Sept 2023) which wrote of my vehicle. On that day, I called Complete Cover to report the incident. Instead of transferring me to my actual insurers, I was passed on to their sister company (Auxillis) who would gain from this by providing the hire vehicle. This really complicated matters as when the report eventually got to my actual insurers , the whole process had to start.
Also , CC group have stated I have a premium fee due to them of over £400 because I changed jobs during my policy. The problem here is my accident occurred on 3rd Sept and I changed jobs 2 days after on 5th Sept 2023. My policy should have been cancelled on 3rd Sept as there is no vehicle to insure. I have tried explaining this a 100 times to their staff and even sent a copy if my work contract showing my start date but CC group continues to send me threatening letters saying I owe a hundred and something pounds today, then tommorow they will state I owe four hundred and something quid.
BASICALLY, no one cares about you in this company.....not from the agents you speak to or their so called managers investigating complaints.
After spending so many years with this company, the treatment I have received has been insulting and thoroughly depressing. Their actions are affecting my mental health and I will be seeking legal advice regarding this matter. Companies cannot be getting away with bullying the "little man/ woman" in this day and age.
To anyone who reads this review, PLS , PLS PLS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A TOTAL BUNCH OF MONEY GRABBING , BULLYING SCAMMERS. (....and you can thank me later for this sound advice).

Thank you for providing the additional information. You mention a claim you have had had, could you provide the claims reference no. so we can trace this claim and look into this for you.

It is common practise on Non-Fault accidents to appoint a hire company, this is for your benefit to keep you mobile so if this has caused delays we will need to looking into this further.

I have passed on your review to be looked into, however please be aware that a policy is not cancelled as a result of your vehicle being written off as the contract you hold is still in place in the event that you want to replace the vehicle and continue the insurance.

I would recommend referring to your policy terms and conditions around what happens with your policy when you make a claim and if there are any questions please contact our customer services team.

Good luck getting a refund!

This is the most awful and ridiculous company I’ve ever had to deal with.
If you’ve paid annual with a credit card good luck getting any of your money back.
They’ll have someone spew out the same nonsense about security and REFUSE to pay into a different account when you point out there’s issues with what theyre asking you for. More than happy to take your money but won’t give you back what you’re owed. Ridiculously terrible customer service , I asked for the complaints department and they said it will take 30 days for anyone to respond. They wont even accept official documents from your bank explaining why there are issues with what they’re asking for and keep your money hostage. Stay clear.

Not a good company to deal with on any level.

I received a renewal letter but found a better service much cheaper elsewhere, phoned them up, waited over an hour on hold, spoke to someone to cancel the renewal, was told 'OK, we'll cancel it'. They then took a direct debit payment, which I got my bank to refund. Now they are taking me to court because they seem to think the policy is still active! DO NOT use this company, their staff are probably on commission and don't care what they do to get their money.

SCAMMERS

I pay for connection 350 pounds plus down payment and after 9 months. I wanted to disconnect after being disconnected. I had to pay Another 120 pounds for the cut. I didn't get my money back plus I paid £720 for my change of address for car insurance.Don't contact them. They are scammers, they just take your money and you will never see them again.

Guys!

Guys!! This company is unbelievable!!! They increased my insurance with £750 after one month. I cancelled of course and they charged me a lot! I spoke with 2 different agents and they gave me 2 different explanations and different amounts to pay. Cancelled the insurance now and next day they charged me one monthly payment. I am waiting to be contacted by manager, hopefully, because I recorded all previous calls with them and my lawyer will take them in the court! Stay away from them!

Bunch of Thief's

Bunch of Thief's. They wanted to charge me £1240 for not providing proof of no claims, when I clearly stated that I didn't have any on my application. This has made my policy unaffordable so I have had to cancel. I will be seeking legal advice.
Beware they are notorious for bumping up the price after the 14 day cooling off period

Pathetic company - SCAMMERS

Pathetic company. DO NOT USE!!!! no matter how tempting the price may be. Stay way clear. They will increase your policy by any means necessary. The price quoted "WILL NOT" be the price you pay.

They do not respond to emails or call you back when they say they will. SCAMMERS!!!!

Spent hours on the phone with a broker…

Spent hours on the phone with a broker going through meticulous detail to make sure I was covered for everything, making my insurance a lot higher which I was told was worth it after having previous bad experiences. When I changed addresses they charged my £75 quid!!!!! Then the woman on the phone said 'yeh it has gone up slightly but not too much, I will send you the ammended details". Never received anything and started getting charged the equivalent of an extra 900 quid a year. Absolute joke of a company, as are all insurance companies. For something compulsory to have, the regulation is shocking.
I emailed to ask about cancelling my policy, they replied within 24 hours with "cancellation in affect for today" without any warning or correspondence.
