Hell! Awful! The call centre staff are young kids who are disgustingly rude and if you complain, they lose your case! 3 months of time completely wasted with emails and long calls over an hour, because the call centre staff repeatedly ‘accidentally forgot’ to put my case through after I formally complained about the call centre staff.
My case was finally settled after a year of hell with these people.
The worst case of unprofessionalism.

DISGRACEFUL STAFF!!! What a shame that the weekend staff are not as kind and professional as the week staff I met in Brent Cross.
Horrendous. I will never go back after I was verbally set upon by three very rude women today behind the till. An awful experience.
