Disgusting service. No response from email or voicemail ls left. Keep saying they lost forms and to resubmit. Been months since I filed a claim.
AVOID AT ALL COST

Delivered a faulty oven. Customer service inapt. Was told an engineer would contact me. 7 days later nothing. Tried ringing again. Just excuses DONT BUY NEW WORLD PRODUCTS
