Do research!
I had breast implants done here a few months ago. I was very nervous. The hotel staff were rude and the hotel have weddings on some nights which is very loud and it is next to a school. The rooms advertised were not what we got, those are likely reserved for influencers. The first time I met my surgeon was when he was drawing me up just before the op. We had no discussion about size etc. Luckily for me my operation went fine and recovery. When in theatre, I didn’t see the surgeon I had just previously spoken with, I saw a different one who was also on their website which was very strange and confusing when you’re lying on the table. So I am not sure who did my surgery. Felt pressured about deposits, paperwork etc. Do more research and choose a different clinic.

Mohammad from mono clinic is so lovely and kind so patient and makes everything nice snd smooth .. Said from mono clinic is also really nice guy who helped me …. And can’t forget my surgeon DR ERGIN 🤞🤞👏👏😊👍

My co-ordinator Mehmett was great. He made sure everything was in place for me at all times. Nothing seemed to big for him to sort out and he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enriched.

Review:
I paid a total of £1,000 to Monoclinic for a surgery that I later cancelled. The clinic never provided any service, yet they refused to refund my money. They ignored my messages for days, kept making excuses, and tried to claim my payment was a “non-refundable deposit” even though no treatment ever happened.
I had to open disputes with my banks to get my money back. Be very careful before trusting them — they only care about taking your payment, not about helping their patients.
The people at the clinic are wonderful
The people at the clinic are wonderful, Esra was assigned to look after me and that she did. She was always keeping me informed of times and transfer to and from the clinic and would translate, very hard worker. The Dentist and dental nurse could not be faulted. Always had a smile on their face and very gentle while carrying out procedures.
The only thing I would say is that I was unaware of having to pay for extra work. I needed three root canals and two more teeth added to the treatment which cost approximately €1,000. I just think that people should be aware of this before they go because if you don’t have the extra finances in your account it might cause some embarrassment. I was lucky enough to have the money.
Overall though my experience was great. The people are so nice and helpful and they keep you informed and updated. I would have no hesitation in returning to the clinic for other procedures or recommending it to my friends and family
8th time but alot different this time
I have visited Mono for the 8th time but this experience not so good. This was down to poor communication around my surgeon and hospital choices which at the last minute was tried to be charged a extra £400 for. I didn't pay. During consultation I was informed I needed extra procedure and had to pay extra £800. When I woke up from the operation, that procedure didn't happen. The surgeon told me I would get a refund. I have suffered a serious nerve damage injury to my leg also which has left me with a drop foot and won't be able to work or drive untill I get treatment back home in England. This will have a major effect on my life going forward. This happened during surgery which resulted in me requiring longer in hospital, extra tests etc. Mono then decided they will not be refunding my £800 due to extra hospital costs. This has really upset me and now changed my life for the worse due to disability I didn't have before. I wasnt checked by my surgeon before I left, despite being told I would be (especially with serious nerve damage).
My co ordinator Esra was really lovely and helpful. I huge thankyou to Hassan, Sherry and Ege at the villa. Staying here has been my only positive experience this time at Mono. You are all wonderful and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble at any time, day or night.
Also thankyou to after care nurse who is amazing as always.
The dentist is very empathetic
I lost four teeth in an accident and after a year of wearing a denture, I decided to replace them with crowns and bridges at the Mono Clinic.
The clinic is well-located and very close to the "recreational hotel" (unfortunately, the DBD hotel was very loud on the weekend due to the wedding). Additionally, the Mono Clinic is very elegantly furnished, so I felt very comfortable from the first moment I entered! The staff, Esra and Said, were very eager to ensure my well-being and provided good solutions. Mohamed was a great translator!! He was also able to explain the documents in a clear and understandable way, which I really appreciated! The dentist has a lot of knowledge and is very empathetic; I barely felt the injections, and with his wit, he took away some of my fear of dentists. All in all, choosing the clinic was a good decision!

It was a very nice stay at the Mono Clinic; all the staff were extremely friendly and tried very hard. The food at the Mono Clinic was delicious. Esra organized and coordinated everything well and was very helpful whenever I needed anything. I could contact her at any time and she always responded quickly. I felt very well looked after by Dr. Eren; he is a very empathetic, understanding doctor who knows his craft. I would also like to thank the nurse for the excellent care and aftercare. The only strange thing was that we paid different amounts for the medication and not the same thing was included, even though my friends and I had the same operation.

My Monoclinic visit
This is a review of my recent visit to monoclinic in Izmir turkey for dental treatment. I had a personal recommendation to this clinic making pressing go easier.
The whole experience of using monoclinic was a very good one. My duration for for one week in short Monday to Monday
The flights were arranged by monoclinic to suit my schedule. In our case we flew from Stansted
At Izmir Airport we waited at the designated area outside the terminal. Very shortly we were approached by a driver holding our names on a board. He took our luggage and we were soon heading towards the villa
After a short drive of 40mins we arrived at the villa. We arrived in the evening
Hussain was there to meet us and assist us in the process of getting to grips with the set up in the villa. Hussain was very approachable and attentive and always quick to help us on any requests.
Our room was clean and very functional for our stay. With the usual WiFi and Netflix in the rooms. The outside pool area was a nice relaxing place and without doubt sherri proved us with welcoming arms and wonderful cooking. Sherri made a major contribution to making the villa more like home. During our stay Hussain was on holiday and replaced by Ege. Both Hussain and Ege were available morning noon and night is any issues or problems we encountered All in all the villa provided excellent and everything to make our stay comfortable. Sherri cooked breakfast and cooked meal all I can say was wonderful cooking. Sherri work ended by 6.00 pm if you required a takeaway meal either Hussain or Ege were only too pleased to arrange. I would recommend bringing your own slippers for the villa as shoe wearing not allow inside. we took our own bedroom pillows for our comfort
As I have already stated my visit was for dental treatment so I can only report on my procedure. I also took the liberty in checking my local dental hygienist with wishing to continue with my future dentist needs. They did however recommend a water flosser to assist in cleaning my new teeth.
In short we were notified via WhatsApp the time of the taxi would arrive to transport us to the actual clinic Taxi would arrive and take us to the clinic it’s that simple. After the appointment was completed we were transported back to the villa. No problem at all. A worry out of the way.
There are many forms to sign as I be prepared to sign them.
Please remember and take note the actual dentist have not seen your teeth before. A simple sent photo from your iPhone does not equal the X-rays It is only then the dentist can provide you with the formulation of your required treatment. Without doubt many will say up goes the price but these extras were not in your price quotation. I say be realistic they are not money grabbing but providing a good professional service.
I needed an extraction and a root canal filling. However I think it’s fair to say some haggling room is here in the price tho.
The treatment was spread out during the week leaving time for relaxation and visits to the shops too.
The dentist provided a totally professional service. I am so pleased with 24 zirconia crowns finished in b2 colour They are just perfect so a massive thank you to dr Emfullah Gabri Derei and his assistant yasemin With a massive special thank you for working on Sunday , their day off too , to provide a truly wonderful smile for me.
They are totally professional and working to a high standard of dental workmanship. Nearly perfect was not good enough hence the Sunday visit.
I would fully recommend monoclinic for dental treatment.
Dr l. Deniz and Mono clinic are scammers.
Dr. Deniz did a horrible job. This clinic and him are there to just grab your money. They over charge you and provide no invoice. I almost got killed there. This clinic is a scam.

I would like to visit again cuz of the experience I have had which was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. Thank you to mono clinic for being as being equally supportive and caring and making my full experience so much easier then I thought it would be. You guys will be missed. Thank you for everything. Honest review from someone 9 days post op vaser liposuction, breast uplift and implant replacement. Mono clinic came recommended to me from a friend. Consultation process with Cem was excellent, he is friendly, caring attentive happy to help and answer all your questions. Booking process we smooth. Received my itinerary A week prior to departing.Pick up from the airport ran smoothly although our flight was delayed. I had pre oops the following day. This consisted of blood test ecg and x rays. My HB was low as I expected and had to have a blood transfusion. Be aware this is not included in your price (which I was aware and prepared for) and was £450 - this included and further transfusions. Furkan from the clinic stayed with me the entire time at the hospital. My surgeon was Dr Deniz Yıldırım. Lovely caring doctor who prioritises safety over anything. He speaks very fluently English and his nurse assistant was also lovely to deal with. Surgery was fine and all went smoothly. The nurses at the Ekol hospital are amazing. I wanted to take them home with me. Aftercare at mono clinic is non-existent. I saw the nurses the first day I arrived back, a second time for around a minute for her to doMy bp and another time where she removed my drains and added foam to my corset. This was 5 days post op then I never saw the nurses again. There is no daily check up. You are left in the room to recover. I hired a surgery companion to help me who was a god send. The beds are NOT easy to get on and off they are very soft with nowhere to grab to help you. If you travel alone you will struggle. They will add you to your own dedicated what’s app group this will include the nurses and your ps among some others. This group is simply to tell you that you have a surgeon follow up and they are collecting you. If you ask anything you are simply ignored. They will ask on every trip to the clinic and in your ‘dedicated group’ if you want further treatments, they will give you a discount. My personal opinion is I think this is wrong. On your last day to see your Surgon you will get talked to by said their customer representative. Now I’m a very collective person but what he said and this practice of mono looking for future customers is outrageous. They will offer you a discount for everyone you recommend to them - great! HOWEVER, they will pay you to give out People‘s personal telephone numbers. I think this may even be illegal in England! Peoples phone number are their personal details and to offer money for this is outrageous.
The hotel is not an exclusive mono clinic hotel. This is a normal hotel opened to the public. They also host events and I found myself walking though numerous weedings. The hotel
Staff are lovely and friendly. Remember 5 stars in Turkey is not five stars in the UK. When it came time to leave mono where non-existent nobody came to say goodbye nurse didn’t come to check on me by then I haven’t seen her for three days. We checked out to be told we had a late check out or 4pm. We had no idea whatsoever. The hotel representative that was dealing with the checkout even said to us didn’t nobody tell you that you had late checkout when we stated no even he was shocked. We were then able to go back up to the room which was great as we had a late flight and was not getting collected until 5:45pm. Ferhat my supposed Personal representative stated to me that I would be entitled to a refund as I did not have treatments I had already paid for however when I contacted regarding this, I was ignored. I since reached out to Cem who seems to be the only person who doesn’t ignore you! All in all the surgery went great however the after-care is non-existent. If you are happy to be left in the room to recover and think that you can manage then you’ll have no problems. My mum‘s a nurse back in England she’s able to help and care for me and help with my dressings if you have someone to help great because nobody will answer you in your ‘dedicated WhatsApp group’ I was also not given any discharge papers my surgeon also said he had a PDF for me regarding my after-care. I’ve asked for this numerous times again just been ignored.
My Experience with Mono Clinic – Please Read Before Making a Decision
I am sharing my experience with Mono Clinic to raise awareness and help others make fully informed choices. What I went through has had a lasting effect on my body, my wellbeing and my trust.
I travelled to Turkey for an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) after being reassured that everything was included in the price quoted, surgery, medication, aftercare and all necessary support. These assurances were confirmed several times in writing, including through WhatsApp. However, once I arrived, things were very different. I was asked to pay additional amounts for services that had already been confirmed as included. This made me feel financially misled and taken advantage of at a time when I was vulnerable and in need of care.
After my surgery, I was given only ibuprofen as pain relief despite having undergone a major operation. The pain was unbearable and I felt that my suffering was not taken seriously. Communication was extremely poor and many of my questions and health concerns went unanswered. I felt alone, scared and completely unsupported.
Physically, the results of my surgery have been devastating. My stomach is not flat it is uneven, lumpy and covered with wrinkled, painful scars. The fat on my lower abdomen is still there but now looks uneven and misshapen. The scars on my left side feel tight and painful and any time I twist to the left, it feels as though the skin might tear. It stings, burns and sometimes bleeds.
I was told before surgery that my abdominal muscles would be sutured together, but that clearly hasn’t been done. My stomach still looks bloated and sticks out and I can feel that my muscles are still separated. I trusted that I would receive professional, skilled care but the outcome has been nothing like what was promised to me.
I later found out that incorrect information about my surgery date had been given to the airline, which caused serious issues with my return home and made me fear for my safety. This, along with the lack of aftercare and support, left me feeling completely abandoned.
What I experienced was not only physically painful but emotionally traumatic. I went in hoping to feel confident and restored, but instead I am left with long-term complications, scars and daily discomfort.
I am sharing this review truthfully and respectfully, supported by all my documentation and evidence. My only goal is to make others aware of the potential risks and to encourage anyone considering this clinic or any overseas surgery to research thoroughly, ask for everything in writing and make sure you have full clarity and safety guarantees before proceeding.
I will live with the consequences of this surgery for the rest of my life and I sincerely hope that by sharing my experience, I can prevent someone else from going through what I have endured.
