Overall great
My experience with Clinic Mono was overall great. My partner and I both had surgeries and all our requests (being in the same hospital room for example) have been fulfilled. At the hospital, the staff was very attentive. The Mono Team itself was very helpful and someone was always there to help. There is not a single day where you aren't checked upon by someone. At the hotel finally, you have you're peace and quiet to rest and heal while a nurse comes regularly to check on you. There's also always someone assigned to you and you can always reach out to that person. In my case that was Esra. ( I can only recommend Esra, she's the best).
