Buyparts.online is a scam not worth dealing with customer service is trash very rude and take forever to get back to you if they even do. I do not recommend this company and if you buy something do not pay extra for shipping they will send part with ups ground no matter what you pay for and if you try to get your money back for shipping they just say you received parts right we don’t control shipping speeds but offer express shipping horrible company

I have left numerous voice mails to hopefully get a hold of someone. This has been unsuccessful. I am in dire need of getting a part to fix a truck that says it is in stock but has not been shipped and have not heard from anyone about its status.
My order Number is #55549 and am simply asking to see what its status is and when I should be expecting a part that is said to be in stock.
I have bought parts through this company before without issue and hope they improve this unfortunate experience for myself as well as for a number of customers having the same results.

The company responded to my review claiming that the refund was issued on September 17, but this is completely false.
As of today, I have not received any refund, and no proof of refund (such as a transaction reference or bank confirmation) has been provided by them.
This is more than $1,000 stuck with no proper communication for weeks.
Their claim is misleading and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before placing any orders with this company

0 stars. Scammed out of 1200 bucks from these thieves. Ordered parts thet create a shipping label but ups does not have possession. They claim they shipped the items and that they will check their cameras in the warehouse and you never get an update about that or your parts and they will not return my emails. Do not do business with these scumbags.

Placed two orders. Both were missing parts. One was lost in shipment. Trying to get replacements shipped or refunds has been like pulling teeth. Avoid at all cost.
-added 10/7. Seller now states in their reply I was refunded for missing lost in shipment part. I have not been refunded. Disputing with my Credit Card provider immediately.

This company is the worst. They charge high shipping rates, and then forget to ship your order... I needed my part fast, and they claim the ship fast.. blah blah blah.. I emailed them several times looking for my tracking number. And 5 days later, then finally shipped it... Unbelievable !!

They sent the wrong parts and want me to pay shipping to return in addition to original shipping charges which were inflated. Customer service was nasty at best. Still no refund from them. Avoid this place. This place uses no name sellers to sell. I used Freightliner part numbers but I still got the wrong parts. And even though they replied, I still don’t have a refund.

I ordered an important bus part for a school district customer. The part was listed as “in stock” when I paid. After a full week with no updates or tracking, I reached out to ask what was going on. Only then did they tell me the part was actually unavailable “anywhere in the world.”
Instead of being upfront from the start, they let me waste a week that directly impacted my own business and my client. Their answer was to suggest leaving it on backorder with no clear timeline. When I pointed out how misleading that was, they canceled my order on the spot.
Looking at other reviews, it is clear this is not just my experience. The same pattern shows up again and again. Items are shown as available when they are not. Customers have to chase down answers. And when people speak up, the company often responds by trying to make the customer look like the problem.
I am sure they will reply here with their usual spin, but their responses to others already tell the story. If you depend on accurate stock information and honest communication, I recommend choosing a different supplier. The risk to your time, your money, and your credibility simply is not worth it

For being an online store there's a huge disconnect between what their website says and what's actually happening. Tracking numbers are inaccurate, parts say were shipped out that weren't. To make things insulting, they'll act like you're a criminal for complaining that they have your money and/or parts and threaten you with their nonexistent legal department. Don't forget it's in the fine print that even if you do get a refund out of them, they're keeping the shipping money for parts they never shipped.
Edit: My point is even more valid with their response. If I knew of a way to upload a picture in my review I would show that those are two tracking numbers of the 4 that I have received, each one with an accurate packing slip of ONE PART in each package out of a SIX-PART order. After weeks of them refusing to answer where my parts could be and refusing to initiate a return, I told them I would file a claim with the bank to resolve it. After stating that they decided to initiate the return in which case I canceled the claim within an hour but then they canceled the refund because the claim. So, I'm in the process of filing yet another claim because they refuse to submit the return. Sounds like a company that is trying overly hard to steal your money. I'm glad it's over only $208 but, I'll do everything in my power to make sure it's not someone else's thousands.

I ordered a part that got lost in the mail. I emailed the company and asked that if I order another part and I find the original, would they accept a return. I was told they would. The original part was finally located, although I believe it didn’t really leave the warehouse for several weeks. I asked to return the second part. The second parts order status showed it was still at the warehouse, they told me it left and until it was located they would not return my money. Fast forward 7 months later. No part located, no money returned And now they refuse to even return my emails. Don’t buy.
I have to edit since I can’t respond to their response..,. I sent you numerous emails since January. I do not have the second part. It never left the warehouse. In February you told me you would open an investigation. I have emailed you every month since and no response. Get your act together. I am not the only one with this issue. Look at all of the other complaints

Terrible experience, when my item didnt ship for 3 days and I paid $100 for overnight shipping I expressed my concerns that the item was no longer needed and I wanted to return it. They "refused!" I refused the item at delivery and had it send right back. Now 2 months later they still have not given a refund. Worst part about this whole deal is there attitude, they could care less about you and your business.

This is a third party storefront with no actual store or inventory. The owner relies on stores and dealerships to fulfil orders. The owner will charge you for parts they do not possess and if the actual fulfilling store or dealer doesn't have it in stock, well, you're just out of luck. Order multiple parts and only receive part of the order? You will be charged for shipping on the full order. I do not recommend this business.

I purchased a specific fuel filter assembly and 9 replacement cartridges for that assembly. Website said everything was in stock at the time I placed the order. No activity on making the shipment for 2.5wks after order. It took 3 emails to the support team before the product finally shipped. I finally received the parts 32 days after placing the order and the fuel filter assembly that was provided was completely different. I emailed immediately saying this won't work for me and they responded saying the one they sent replaced the one I ordered. No mention of this anywhere on the website and no forewarning. I tried to return it because I need the assembly that works with cartridges I ordered, and my return request was denied because it was passed the 30-day window from order date, even though it took them 32 days to deliver the order! The part they sent me is also $200 cheaper than the one I ordered but they charged me the full price. I pointed all of this out to the service team, and they stopped responding to me. Absolute joke of a company and service. Ripping off customers seems to be what they are interested in, not providing a good reliable service. Order #48191..... You're continuing to prove why this is a terrible company. It took YOU 32 days for the parts be delivered from order date. I never had a chance to return the wrong part you sent me because you couldn't deliver it within 30 days. It's really not that hard to understand. And you are ignoring the fact that you charged me for the part I ordered but sent a $200 cheaper part. I guess you will just happily pocket that?

Do not trust any of these 5 star reviews. They dont ship your order and lie and lie saying its shipped or its in process. Luckily my order was pretty small compared to others only $54.90. But people need to file complaints with shopify regarding this merchant because it uses their platform. Most likely this is someone working out of their house or out of the country and scamming hard working truckers. You can never reach them on the phone, EVER! These 5 star reviews are most likely BS and put on here by fake accounts. Because there is no way this is a legitimate business. Reach out to facebook, google to shut down their ads and shopify as well as ftc and ic3.gov. Businesses like these need to be shut down and people need to stand together to not get scammed. Many voices will not be silenced. I would live to hear from your lawyers little guy, like you threatened me in the email. Please have them call me

I want to purchase a part but there is no image available in the website, and asked from chat, customer care and mail for it there is no response till date, I doubt I should deal with them and recommend other too, as before purchase this is the situation and if ordered and made the payment I doubt they will be delivering the product I would pay for. be aware be careful.

I had ordered a dash switch. It was not the part I needed and they approved for a return. Sent parts back & got notification from usos tgat it was delivered back to them. They said they never received it.. even tho my claim from usps has GPS confirmation. They won't refund my money... horrible customer service & communucations.

Buyer beware!!!! I ordered 4 shocks, and only received 3. The shock obviously fell out the package enroute due to the half assed way they package them. I contacted them they told me I would have to wait for an insurance claim with USPS. 10 days later and several emails later they finally refunded me. Now hopefully I can find the identical shock somewhere else. I tried to give them a Second chance and reorder the 4 shock from them but only got crickets from their customer service. Company is small time! Pay the extra money and order your parts from a reputable company, so your truck won’t be down longer than it’s needed.
