Terrible experience
Terrible experience, when my item didnt ship for 3 days and I paid $100 for overnight shipping I expressed my concerns that the item was no longer needed and I wanted to return it. They "refused!" I refused the item at delivery and had it send right back. Now 2 months later they still have not given a refund. Worst part about this whole deal is there attitude, they could care less about you and your business.

This is a lie. You didn't request a return or go through any of our return processes. We shipped the product you order from our warehouse in Texas. You shipped it somewhere in ND and told us that we need to track it down. There is nothing we can do about that and it's your responsibility to get it back to us if you'd like to return for a refund.
