I never received an orderconfirmation
I never received an orderconfirmation. I think the emailaddress is wrong. The customerservice is a chatbot that cannot help me. I paid, but the delivery went wrong and I never got an update anymore through text. Even if I want to change my email, that is not possible.

Do NOT order here, fraudulent orders
I placed an order and days later received notification that there was a problem with printing and that I had to verify their recommendations through a link. The link did not work. I contacted customer service and I provided printscreen of link that was not working and asked to receive my money back, given that no items were printed nor delivered. They refused to give my money back, no further communication received.

Don't order here! Worst printing service experience EVER.
Placed an order at bizay.nl for our company 26-08-2025: luxury paper gift bags (OR20254049648). Order worth more than €200 and paid extra for quick delivery. Month later, still not delivered.
No customer service available, no response on e-mail, a terrible chat bot without helpful feedback, this is the WORST we have ever experienced.
We want our order credited AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as there seems to be no other solution.

Is been almost 2 months and i still did not received the product and not even my money back. When I ask the support team what is wrong the did not know and they said they are reprinting it and sending it again. Is been 2 months and i haven't received anything.

No Human Interaction When Needed and Possible SCAMMERS
So I check initially the website of Spanish printing-house. Upon checking my IP address and detecting I was from the Natherlands setting my order, I was referred to the Dutch store.
I set my order and I paid 145 euros just to receive an email the day after from "no-reply" email address saying there was an error on the files submitted. I check the two options they provided. First one was invalid and the second was charging 7.99 euros which was ok. 2 problems here, first, the 7.99 correction fee was adding to the printing cost which I have already paid for when i placed my order, and this for A3 size. I press on the A2 correction link that came within the same email, the same happened and it detected A3 size not A2. I couldn't find any email address to send the problem to. The chatbot is in Dutch with no agent possible to chat with and gives you static information that it is programmed to give - no possiblity of discussing possible solution.
The email I found on the invoice has an automatic reply saying that due to organisational restructuring, I need to resort to the chatbot as this email is no longer valid.
I was simply scammed out of 145 euros with no results.

I have reached out to you MULTIPLE TIMES via email and you keep ignoring my emails. No responses, just pushing delivery dates every week with standard texts. I don't even know how some others are giving positive feedbacks, these must be bots. Why are you scamming people if you CANNOT deliver the service????

Didnt receive my package
Didnt receive my package. When i try to contact them via their chat robot, it says to contact the delivery courier (TNT) and i get to further help.
When i contact TNT, which also goes via a robot only, it says i have to do it via the seller, as they are the ones that have to make a claim..
So now i cant speak to anyone, and none of the companies are helping me.Dont buy here if you dont wanna risk being scammed
